The OnePlus 13 is the stronger fit on paper for faster charging and a larger listed battery; the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL stands out for its 5x telephoto camera and explicit seven-year update commitment. Both are large-screen Android flagships, but the published specifications do not establish which has better battery life, camera results, or overall performance. Google announced a US launch price of $1,199 for the Pixel 10 Pro XL in August 2025; current prices for either phone are not established here, so there is no reliable current price gap to report.

How do the displays compare?

The OnePlus 13 has the slightly larger listed diagonal: 6.82 inches versus 6.8 inches. Its listed resolution and pixel density are also higher, while both screens use an adaptive 1–120 Hz refresh-rate range. The manufacturers give different peak-brightness figures, but those specifications alone do not establish how the displays look in everyday use. Diagonal size, resolution, and peak brightness are separate measures, not a complete display-quality verdict.

Which phone has the better performance and storage options?

The OnePlus 13 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite, while the Pixel 10 Pro XL uses Google’s Tensor G5. The published specifications do not provide controlled comparative performance results, so they cannot establish which phone is faster in games, sustained workloads, or daily use.

Both phones offer a 16 GB RAM configuration. The OnePlus North American listing pairs 12 GB with 256 GB or 16 GB with 512 GB; Google lists 16 GB RAM across the Pixel XL’s 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB storage choices. Buyers should compare the same storage capacity when checking prices.

Battery capacity and charging: what is different?

OnePlus lists a 6,000 mAh battery, 80 W wired charging, and 50 W wireless charging for the OnePlus 13. Google lists a typical 5,200 mAh battery for the Pixel 10 Pro XL, with wired charging to 70% in about 30 minutes when using a 45 W USB-C PPS charger or higher; the charger is sold separately. The Pixel supports Qi2-certified wireless charging up to 25 W.

These are capacity and charging-system specifications, not comparative battery-runtime or charging-time test results. They do not show how long either phone lasts under the same workload or how quickly both charge in identical conditions.

How do the camera systems differ?

The OnePlus 13 lists three 50 MP rear cameras: main, ultrawide, and 3x triprism telephoto. Google’s Pixel 10 Pro XL specification lists a 50 MP main camera, 48 MP ultrawide, and 48 MP 5x telephoto; Google also lists Pro Zoom up to 100x.

The telephoto designs offer different listed zoom reach, but megapixel counts and maximum zoom figures do not establish image quality. A camera-quality winner would require comparable photos or controlled testing, which these specifications do not provide.

Which phone has the clearer long-term update commitment?

Google states that the Pixel 10 Pro XL will receive seven years of Pixel Drops, operating-system updates, and security updates. The cited OnePlus sources do not establish an equivalent support duration for the OnePlus 13, so a like-for-like support-period comparison cannot be made from them.

What is the price difference?

Google announced a US starting price of $1,199 for the Pixel 10 Pro XL at launch in August 2025. The cited official sources do not establish a directly comparable OnePlus 13 launch MSRP or current street price, and they do not establish current offers for either model. That means a present-day price difference cannot be calculated reliably from these figures.

For a useful local comparison, check live prices in your country and compare matching storage capacities. The Pixel’s $1,199 figure is its US launch starting price, not a claim about its current price or the price in other regions.

Which one should you choose?

  • Consider the OnePlus 13 if the listed 6,000 mAh capacity and higher advertised wired and wireless charging rates are priorities.
  • Consider the Pixel 10 Pro XL if you want the listed 5x telephoto camera, a 1 TB storage option, or Google’s explicit seven-year update commitment.
  • Compare both directly if screen characteristics, real-world speed, battery runtime, camera quality, or value will decide your purchase; the published specifications alone cannot settle those questions.
