In Manual mode, browse the pre-made templates, preview a design, and select Use template to start editing. Preview carefully before committing: once the website is created, the template choice is fixed, and using another template requires recreating the site.
Open the template gallery
- From the dashboard, open Websites.
- Find the hosting plan and select Create website → AI Builder.
- Choose Manual, then click Pre-made templates.
- Browse All templates or a category such as Portfolio, Fashion, Marketing, Events, or eCommerce. The categories are browsing aids, not feature tiers: templates have the same tools and features. The available catalog may change. Read the template-selection instructions for this workflow.
Choose a useful starting layout
Compare the structure of each design with the content your site needs. Consider whether its starting arrangement gives suitable places for the pages, sections, images, and information you plan to publish. A category label alone does not determine what you can build, since the templates share the same tools and features.
Preview before selecting
Hover over a candidate and choose Preview. Review the design before clicking Use template, which starts the editing stage. The template cannot be changed after the website is created. If you decide to use another one later, you must recreate the website, disconnect the domain from the current site, and connect it to the new site.
Check both desktop and mobile layouts
Use preview to inspect how the design appears on desktop and mobile. Mobile preview is available, and desktop element reordering does not automatically reorder those elements on mobile; mobile layout may need its own adjustments. Preview guidance explains the preview modes, while the mobile editing instructions cover separate mobile customization.

What you can customize after choosing
The editor lets you adjust sections, text, images, colors, and layout elements. Style controls include global settings for colors, text, buttons, and animations, as well as settings for individual elements and sections. These editing options let you adapt the selected starting design, but they do not provide a way to swap the site to a different template after creation.
