Open Cash App and tap Activity. That section is where Cash App directs users to find payments, pending payments and transaction receipts.

What you can find in Activity
Use Activity to locate a payment, including one marked pending. Cash App also says transaction receipts are available in the app’s activity section and by logging into your account at cash.app. Cash App US Terms of Service

How to report a transaction

Open the Activity feed and select the transaction.
