Yes, eligible Fliff Cash won through sweepstakes games may be redeemed for a prize, including cash, but it is not a guaranteed or instant payout. You must meet play-through conditions, pass identity verification, live in an eligible location, and receive approval for your request. Fliff Coins cannot be redeemed.
How winning and redeeming Fliff Cash works
Fliff requires an account to play its sweepstakes games. Under its official Sweepstakes Rules, a correct prediction can increase your Fliff Cash balance by the payout displayed for that game; an incorrect prediction means the amount used is not returned. Only games played with Fliff Cash offer the opportunity to win additional Fliff Cash that may be redeemed for prizes.

Fliff describes Fliff Cash as promotional sweepstakes currency, not money: its rules say Fliff Cash has no real monetary value. Eligible Fliff Cash won through gameplay can be used for more games or requested as a prize redemption, subject to the rules, verification, and approval. Fliff’s Terms of Use, updated August 13, 2025, characterize the service as not offering “real money gambling.” That is Fliff’s description of its service, not an independent legal conclusion.

Fliff Cash and Fliff Coins are different

Do you have to pay to win?
No purchase is required to enter or win under Fliff’s Sweepstakes Rules, which state: “NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.” The rules describe methods for collecting Fliff Cash without purchase. Buying Fliff Coins does not make them redeemable or turn social-game play into a chance to win monetary prizes.
Play-through requirements can apply
Some Fliff Cash awards are not immediately eligible for redemption. The rules say awarded Fliff Cash must be played at least once and that Fliff may require additional plays. Check the app’s Prize Play-Through section for the requirement attached to your balance; it can vary.

Fliff’s Help Center article on Play-Through Conditions, published October 23, 2024, says awards can carry a multiplier from 1X to 20X. It explains that progress is tracked using the lesser of the risk amount or net-win amount on qualifying plays. These published conditions do not establish that every award has the same multiplier or that every balance is eligible on the same terms.

Fliff’s current Sweepstakes Rules set a minimum request of 50 eligible Fliff Cash, currently corresponding to a $50 prize redemption, and a maximum of $5,000 in redemptions per participant during a Sweepstakes Period. A request above the period limit is deferred to the next period. The rules also say additional verification procedures will be carried out for prizes of $600 or more, and Fliff may verify other requests.

Successful identity verification is required before redemption. Depending on the request, the rules identify possible checks including a government-issued photo ID, biometric facial scan recognition, proof of address, and SSN validation. Meeting the minimum alone does not guarantee approval.
Where Fliff prize redemption is available
Eligibility depends on location. Fliff’s rules list Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia as excluded for sweepstakes prizes or redemptions. Restrictions can change, so check the current rules and the app for your location before playing or requesting a prize.

How to request a prize and how long it may take
- In the Fliff app, open Profile, then open the menu and select Redeem Fliff Cash.
- Choose a redemption method and submit the request. Fliff may require identity verification and reviews the request before approval.
- Allow for processing time and any bank delays. Fliff’s Help Center says standard processing is 3–5 business days because requests undergo manual review; weekends and holidays may delay processing. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival time.
Fliff’s instructions appear in How do I redeem Fliff Cash prizes?, published September 2, 2024. Fliff calls this process prize redemption; describing it as an ordinary sportsbook withdrawal can obscure the eligibility and review conditions.

- Confirm the balance is eligible Fliff Cash, not Fliff Coins.
- Read the play-through requirement shown in the app for that balance.
- Check that your location is currently eligible under Fliff’s rules.
- Be prepared to complete the requested identity checks.
- Review the current minimum and redemption-period limit in the rules; account-specific eligibility and approval are determined by Fliff.
Fliff says game odds vary and are shown in the platform. Its published materials do not establish a general likelihood of profit, and a potential prize should not be treated as guaranteed income.
