Not as a free claim, according to Fortnite’s current official shop listing. As of October 3, 2026, the Five Nights at Freddy’s bundle is listed for 4,500 V-Bucks, with an offer window through October 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time. You may be able to earn V-Bucks through eligible Free Pass progression instead of paying cash for them, but using those V-Bucks still means spending the in-game currency.
Are the FNAF skins free in Fortnite?
The current Fortnite Item Shop listing shows the Five Nights at Freddy’s bundle for 4,500 V-Bucks, discounted from a listed original price of 11,000 V-Bucks. It does not show a free claim or FNAF-specific challenge. The displayed offer deadline is October 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time; that is the current listed window, not a promise that the items will return afterward.
The bundle names Freddy Fazbear, Foxy the Pirate, Chica the Chicken, and Bonnie the Rabbit, along with other cosmetics such as back blings, emotes, Kicks, a pickaxe, music instruments, and a wrap. The shop also lists some items separately, so check the live listing for the price and availability of the particular outfit or accessory you want rather than assuming you need the full bundle.
Can you get Freddy Fazbear without buying V-Bucks?
Possibly, if you already have enough V-Bucks or earn them through eligible progression. Epic says Battle Royale players can get V-Bucks through Free Pass and/or Battle Pass progression; other routes include direct purchase, V-Bucks card redemption, Crew, and starter or quest packs. This makes it possible to spend earned currency without paying cash specifically for V-Bucks, but it is not the same as receiving a FNAF cosmetic for free.

Epic’s Battle Pass support page gives one example: earning 200 V-Bucks from the Free Pass and then buying and progressing through the premium pass can unlock an additional 600, for 800 total in that example. Those figures describe the pass covered by that support guidance; they should not be treated as a guarantee for every future season. Check the current pass and your balance before planning a purchase.
Does Save the World still give free V-Bucks?
Not to new free-to-play players. Epic says Save the World became free-to-play on April 16, 2026, and free players receive X-Ray Tickets rather than V-Bucks. Players who bought a Founder-level edition before the change retain eligibility to earn V-Bucks through qualifying gameplay, including Daily Quests, Mission Alerts, and Storm Shield Defense missions.

- Open the Fortnite Item Shop and find the Five Nights at Freddy’s listing.
- Compare the listed full-bundle price with the individual item prices for the cosmetics you actually want; prices and availability can change.
- Check how many V-Bucks you already have and what you can realistically earn through your eligible pass progression.
- Confirm that the items are still available before the displayed deadline. The current listing does not establish a later return date.
Are there other free ways to get the FNAF cosmetics?
Epic says free Fortnite items can sometimes be available through challenges and free Battle Pass content, and that some items are season-limited. Its general guidance does not identify these FNAF cosmetics as a free reward, and the current shop listing presents them as V-Bucks purchases. A later promotion is possible but is not established by the current official information.
