No—not through a general ringer-mode control documented for Microsoft Phone Link. To switch an Android phone between ring, vibrate, and silent, use the phone’s own Sound settings or quick settings. Phone Link can manage Do Not Disturb on supported setups, but Do Not Disturb is a separate feature that limits interruptions rather than changing the phone’s ringer mode.
What Phone Link can and cannot change
Phone Link connects a Windows PC with an Android phone and provides access to selected phone features. Microsoft documents controls for Do Not Disturb, but its reviewed feature and setup documentation does not list a general control for switching the phone between ring, vibrate, and silent. See Microsoft’s Phone Link requirements and setup and Microsoft’s Phone Link notification guidance.
These settings serve different purposes: ringer mode determines how the phone alerts for calls and notifications, while Do Not Disturb limits interruptions and may follow a schedule or another mode. Microsoft describes Do Not Disturb management in its notification guidance; that documented control should not be treated as a ring/vibrate/silent switch.

Change ring, vibrate, or silent on the Android phone
Use the phone’s own quick settings or Sound settings to choose the alert mode. The exact control and menu labels vary by manufacturer, phone model, and Android version, so there is no single reliable sequence for every Android device. If you need device-specific steps, check the phone maker’s guide for your model and software version.

Use Phone Link for Do Not Disturb, if supported
If your goal is to limit interruptions rather than change ringer mode, Phone Link may expose Do Not Disturb control on a supported setup. The phone’s make, model, Android version, and installed Phone Link and Link to Windows versions determine what is available; the documented feature does not establish that every Android phone supports it.
Pair the phone with a Windows 11 PC
Phone Link’s published requirements include Android 10 or later and a Windows 11 PC. Microsoft also lists Windows 10 with the October 2022 update or later. Keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi network; supported phone brands and available features can vary. Setup instructions are in Microsoft’s Phone Link requirements and setup.

Check Do Not Disturb permissions and schedules
On Android 15 or later, Microsoft identifies a disabled Link to Windows permission or another active app or mode—such as Sleep or Focus—as possible reasons Do Not Disturb control may fail. On the phone, check Settings > Do Not Disturb > Mode or Schedules, review which mode or schedule is in charge, and enable Link to Windows permission if the option is available. Menu names can differ by device. See Microsoft’s troubleshooting guidance for Phone Link notifications.
