Not as a confirmed multi-file playlist workflow. Current Wowza Video documentation describes looping a single valid MP4 as a live source, but does not establish that Wowza Video can loop several separate files directly to YouTube Live. It also does not verify the current YouTube destination setup, so check Wowza’s current destination support and your account configuration before relying on that route.
What Wowza Video can loop
Wowza’s current product documentation uses the name Wowza Video rather than Wowza Streaming Cloud. Its guide explains how to stream a valid prerecorded MP4 as live video and offers a Loop video option. With looping enabled, playback continues until you stop the stream or a schedule stops it. That documented control applies to a source video file. It does not establish a control for selecting and looping a playlist made up of multiple separate files in Wowza Video. The older Wowza Streaming Cloud User’s Guide does not resolve whether the current Wowza Video workflow can send such a playlist to YouTube.
Why Wowza Streaming Engine is a separate case
Wowza Streaming Engine documentation describes publishing a video file or an M3U8 playlist as a live stream, with playlist repetition settings. That is a capability documented for Wowza Streaming Engine, a separate product; it should not be treated as proof that Wowza Video has the same multi-file playlist control. Can you send the loop to YouTube Live?
The cited current Wowza Video guides do not verify direct delivery from Wowza Video to YouTube Live. Before building a workflow around it, confirm that YouTube is a supported destination for your current Wowza Video account and that you can configure the destination in your account. Do not assume that the single-file loop instructions also establish YouTube compatibility.
Workarounds for multiple clips
Combine the clips into one MP4
A Wowza Community response suggests combining multiple videos into one MP4 to create a playlist-like effect in Wowza Video. This is community guidance, not confirmation of an officially supported multi-file playlist control. If you choose this route, you would prepare the combined file first, then use Wowza Video’s documented single-file workflow; verify destination support separately. The suggestion appears in the Wowza Community discussion about VOD playlists as live.

Use Wowza Streaming Engine
If you need a repeating M3U8 playlist, Wowza Streaming Engine documentation is the relevant Wowza product reference. Confirm that its setup and YouTube delivery meet your requirements before committing to it; the cited documentation establishes playlist repetition for Streaming Engine, not a current Wowza Video-to-YouTube configuration.

Plan how the stream stops and what it costs
Wowza documents an advanced transcoder property called Play source file on a loop, which defaults to false. When enabled, Wowza warns that the transcoder can continue running and accruing charges until you manually stop it; a schedule can stop it instead. Choose an appropriate stop schedule or stop the stream when you no longer need it, and check the current terms and pricing for your account before starting a long-running stream.
