Technically, yes—but OneStream Live does not give you permission to rebroadcast copyrighted music videos. You need rights that cover the specific video and its use in a YouTube livestream. Even with a license, YouTube may interrupt the stream if the rights owner has not added your channel to its Content ID allowlist.
What OneStream Live can do
OneStream Live documents pre-recorded streams, a browser-based studio, and encoder streaming, and it lists YouTube as a supported destination. It also describes scheduling pre-recorded videos and YouTube-only 24/7 looping. Those are delivery features: they explain how video can be sent to YouTube, not whether you have the rights to send a particular music video.

Using OneStream Live—or any other streaming tool—does not itself clear music or video rights. YouTube’s Terms of Service say content submitted to the service must not include third-party intellectual property, including copyrighted material, unless you have permission or are otherwise legally entitled to use it.
What can happen when YouTube detects copyrighted content
YouTube says it scans all live streams for matches to third-party content, including copyrighted material in another live broadcast. If it identifies a match, it may replace your stream with a placeholder image and warn you to stop using the content. If the content continues, YouTube may temporarily interrupt or terminate the stream. A copyright or Community Guidelines strike can also result in termination.

- The line forms here for the world?s greatest and possibly most influential band - Led Zeppelin! With Dazed and Confused, Stairway to Heaven, Whole Lotta Love and more signature performances, this mesmerizing movie built around Zep's famed '73 NYC concerts is convincing proof why. Band members supervised the Re-mastering and Dolby 5.1 Re-mixing of the film?s image and sound. In addition to their pe
If you choose to archive the livestream, claims against the archived video are handled after the live broadcast; that does not prevent action during the stream itself. Enforcement can vary, so do not assume that a stream will stay online just because it begins successfully.
What to confirm before streaming a music video
- Get permission for the specific audiovisual work. Confirm that your permission covers the particular music video and the intended use as a YouTube livestream. Owning a copy or having access to a music subscription does not, by itself, establish that you may rebroadcast it.
- Check the license scope. Verify the applicable platforms, territories, and type of use in the actual license or with the rights owner. A license’s scope depends on its terms; there is no basis to assume every license permits YouTube livestreaming.
- Ask about Content ID allowlisting. YouTube warns that a licensed stream may still be interrupted if your channel is not on the rights owner’s Content ID allowlist. Contact the owner or its administrator and ask them to add the channel before you go live. This matters even if you restrict the stream to territories where you hold the necessary rights.
- Keep the confirmation and license details available. Record which work, channel, platform, territories, and livestream use the permission covers, along with any allowlisting confirmation. If a stream is interrupted, contact the rights owner and follow YouTube’s process rather than assuming the interruption proves the license is invalid or that a license guarantees uninterrupted streaming.
StreamNeo is also a delivery tool, not rights clearance
StreamNeo can keep uploaded videos looping in a YouTube livestream from the cloud, but using it does not grant permission for copyrighted music videos or override YouTube’s copyright checks. If you have already confirmed the necessary rights and want a stream that does not depend on a computer staying on at home, learn about StreamNeo. Upload a video or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key, and go live. StreamNeo supports uploaded video up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and it can automatically recover if YouTube drops the stream. The first day is free with no card; the monthly option is $9.99 per month. Try StreamNeo.

What cannot be determined without your license and the rights owner
The available platform guidance cannot establish which rights you need for a particular video, whether a specific license covers YouTube live streaming, whether the rights owner will allowlist your channel, or how copyright law applies in each territory. Those questions depend on the work, the license terms, the territories involved, and confirmation from the relevant rights owner. For legal advice about a specific use, consult a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
