Possibly, but the available documentation does not confirm that Macrium Reflect and Hasleo Backup Suite can reliably keep both recovery choices on the Windows boot screen. Macrium documents how to add and manage its own recovery entry; the Hasleo product overview does not establish whether a Hasleo entry coexists with it. Check the guidance for your installed versions, then restart and verify each option actually loads before relying on it.
What a boot-screen recovery option does—and what it does not prove
A boot-menu entry gives you a way to start a recovery environment during startup. It is separate from proof that two backup products’ recovery environments are compatible, or that installing one will preserve an entry created by the other.
Macrium’s help describes a Windows Boot Menu option for starting its recovery environment without a rescue CD. Its support article explains adding a “Macrium Reflect System Recovery” option after creating rescue media. These instructions cover Macrium’s own entry, not its interaction with Hasleo’s. Macrium’s Windows Boot Menu help and its boot-menu setup article do not promise that a second vendor’s entry will coexist.
What the documentation says about each product
Macrium Reflect
Macrium documents adding its recovery environment to the Windows boot menu and managing its own configured entry. A Reflect v7.2 user guide lists “Add boot menu,” “Remove boot menu,” and “Current boot menu” controls. Those labels are specific to that guide and should not be assumed to match the interface in a newer release. Macrium Reflect v7.2 User Guide: Boot Menu Options.

Hasleo Backup Suite
Hasleo’s official product overview describes backup and restore for Windows operating systems, disks, partitions, and files, as well as cloning. It does not establish whether the software adds an internal Windows boot-menu recovery option or whether such an option can coexist with Reflect’s. Consult the instructions for your exact installed release rather than inferring boot-menu behavior from the general product description: Hasleo Backup Suite.
How to check whether both choices work on your PC
- Check the release-specific instructions. Confirm whether your installed Hasleo version offers an internal Windows boot-menu recovery option, and review the current instructions for both products. Do not rely on an older Reflect guide as if it described the current interface.
- Set up each recovery option using its own instructions. Macrium’s documented workflow adds its own recovery environment after creating rescue media. The available documentation does not provide a guaranteed combined setup sequence for Macrium and Hasleo.
- Restart and inspect the boot screen. Confirm that the expected entries appear. Their presence alone does not show that either recovery environment will start successfully.
- Test each entry before depending on it. Select each option and confirm that it loads the intended recovery environment. If an entry is missing or fails to load, use that product’s version-specific support instructions to troubleshoot it.
Keep a recovery route outside the boot menu
A boot-menu option depends on being able to reach the system disk and its startup menu. Macrium advises creating physical USB or DVD rescue media in case the operating system’s system disk fails. Its rescue instructions describe using Windows PE media to recover partitions, full disk images, or individual files. Macrium’s Windows PE rescue instructions.
Rank #2
- Prevent Data Loss
- Fast System Recovery
- Save Reinstallation Time
- Maximum Security
- Hardware-Independent Restore
Keep bootable rescue media for the recovery environment you intend to use; independent USB or DVD media is particularly useful if Windows or the system disk cannot start. The existence of external media is a separate safety net, not evidence that the two internal boot-menu entries will coexist.
