Possibly. Gyre says it accepts Visa, Mastercard and Maestro debit or credit cards, but it does not confirm that every international debit card issued in India will be approved. Whether a particular payment succeeds can depend on the card issuer, card settings and the transaction. Gyre’s payment FAQ lists its accepted brands and other payment routes.
Which payment methods does Gyre list?
Gyre’s FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard and Maestro debit or credit bank cards. It also says users can top up their Gyre balance through PayPal or cryptocurrency. Gyre’s Terms of Service likewise names bank cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency and user balance as payment methods. These are Gyre-listed options, not a promise that every method will appear in every account or be available in every country. Check the payment choices shown in your account before proceeding.
Gyre does not publish issuer-by-issuer confirmation for Indian cards, nor does it guarantee acceptance of every Indian-issued international debit card. The card-brand list indicates compatibility in general; it cannot tell you whether your bank will authorize your specific transaction.
What to check before paying with an Indian debit card
Before retrying or subscribing, check with your bank that the card is enabled for online and international transactions. Confirm that it can make a payment in the currency displayed at checkout, and ask whether a limit or decline is affecting the charge. These are practical checks, not a claim about Gyre’s payment processor or any particular Indian bank’s rules.

Review any currency conversion or other costs shown by your bank or at checkout before confirming. Gyre’s published payment information does not establish exchange rates or fees for a specific card, account or payment route.
If the card payment fails
A declined payment does not by itself prove that Gyre does not support your card. Gyre’s FAQ advises contacting your bank if online banking is not working. Ask the issuer whether it blocked the transaction or whether a card setting, limit or available balance needs attention.

- Double check if the URL/website is genuine before entering card details online. Do not provide any gift card details (example: claim code) to someone you do not know or trust. There are a variety of scams in which fraudsters try to trick others into paying with gift cards.
- If you believe that your Card has been lost or stolen, notify Mastercard immediately by calling 1-833-791-7288. You will be asked to provide the Gift Card number and other identifying information.
- Use your Mastercard Gift Card in the U.S. everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted, including online. Your Amazon.com Balance cannot be used to purchase Mastercard gift cards.
Gyre says it makes two further automatic attempts after a subscription payment fails and describes a manual payment option after an unsuccessful attempt. It advises keeping sufficient funds or topping up the balance ahead of renewal. If the card still does not work, check whether PayPal or a cryptocurrency balance top-up is available in your account and location; the published information does not guarantee availability or establish fees for either option.
Check renewal and cancellation settings
Gyre’s Terms of Service describes automatic recurring subscription charges at the start of a subscription period. Before starting a paid plan or trial, review the subscription and cancellation controls in your account so you know when a renewal is scheduled and how to manage it.
