Qualified yes: the YouTube guidance reviewed does not state a blanket ban on continuously streaming prerecorded board exam lessons or on streaming in Tamil, and it does not state a universal 24-hour duration cap. That is not a guarantee that a stream will stay live continuously or that YouTube will approve it for monetization. You need live-stream access, rights to everything in the lessons, and a setup that keeps supplying the stream.
What YouTube’s guidance does—and does not—say
YouTube describes live streaming as a way to interact with viewers in real time using video, chat and more. Its guidance lists mobile, webcam, encoder and console as streaming methods. The material reviewed does not expressly prohibit prerecorded lessons or identify Tamil as a prohibited language; neither point guarantees that an individual stream will be accepted or run without interruption. Check channel eligibility before planning the stream
YouTube’s live-streaming guidance says the channel must be verified, must have no live-streaming restriction in the past 90 days, and must meet YouTube’s stated age requirement. Check the current eligibility details and enable live streaming before building your schedule or preparing an encoder. Availability and requirements can change, so use YouTube’s current help page as the authority. Review YouTube’s live-streaming requirements

Confirm you have rights to every part of each lesson
YouTube’s live-stream terms require compliance with its Community Guidelines and applicable law. The content provider represents that they have the necessary rights to exploit the live content, including music rights where applicable. Before broadcasting, check every recording and its components: lecture footage, voice and music, diagrams, textbook scans, slides, exam questions and other material that may belong to someone else. Being educational does not automatically make a use permissible; obtain permission or an appropriate licence where needed. YouTube Terms of Service
Expect possible copyright interruptions
YouTube scans live streams for third-party content. A match may result in a placeholder, interruption or termination. Even if you have a licence, a rights holder may need to allowlist your channel through Content ID to help prevent an interruption. Confirm the scope of any licence and ask the rights holder about allowlisting before relying on licensed third-party material in a continuous stream. YouTube Help: Copyright issues with live streams

Keep monetization separate from permission to stream
Being able to stream, and having permission to use material, do not by themselves establish monetization eligibility. YouTube’s monetization rules apply to live streams and distinguish reused-content review from copyright enforcement. Repetitive content or material with little educational value, commentary or meaningful transformation may be ineligible. Prepare the lessons and schedule
- Use lesson recordings you own or are authorized to broadcast, and check the rights for all included audio and visual material.
- Arrange the recordings in a useful order, with clear lesson titles and enough context for students who join midway.
- Decide how the stream will move between lessons and what viewers should do if they need a specific topic or class.
Start through a supported method
- Confirm your channel is verified, live streaming is available, and the channel meets YouTube’s current eligibility rules.
- In YouTube Studio, create a live stream and follow the setup for the supported method you selected. For an encoder, use YouTube’s encoder setup instructions and the stream key provided in Studio; keep the key private.
- Connect your prepared lesson playback to the chosen streaming method, check the preview and audio, then start the stream.
- Monitor the broadcast and be prepared to address playback, connection or copyright interruptions. A stream key is a credential: do not publish it or share it with anyone who should not control the stream.
Exact controls may vary by method and YouTube Studio’s current interface. Follow the on-screen setup and the relevant current YouTube help page rather than relying on a fixed menu label.
