Yes, in principle: OneStream Live documents a 24/7 YouTube streaming feature, but that does not mean YouTube will reliably save the entire broadcast as an archive. OneStream says the feature requires an Enterprise plan and can be scheduled for up to 30 days. YouTube warns that a livestream longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. If your nonprofit needs a dependable recording, plan a separate local backup rather than relying on the continuous stream alone.
What OneStream Live’s 24/7 feature does
OneStream Live describes its 24/7 feature as a way to loop prerecorded videos continuously on YouTube. Its help documentation says the feature is exclusive to YouTube, requires an Enterprise plan, and allows a scheduled broadcast of up to 30 days. You can add videos from a device, OneStream storage, or cloud storage, connect a YouTube channel, schedule the broadcast, and set its duration. These are capabilities described by OneStream, not independently verified performance results. OneStream Live’s 24/7 streaming instructions
That answers whether the nonprofit can run the stream. It does not answer whether YouTube will retain a complete video of it: continuous broadcasting and archiving are separate outcomes.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteWill YouTube archive a 24/7 broadcast?
Do not count on a single 24/7 broadcast becoming a complete YouTube video. YouTube says livestreams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived, but warns: “If your stream exceeds 12 hours, it may not be captured at all.” The warning applies to the archive outcome even if a streaming service keeps sending the broadcast. YouTube’s wording is not a guarantee that every stream under 12 hours will be archived successfully, nor does the available guidance establish that dividing a continuous broadcast into shorter sessions guarantees an archive. If keeping a complete recording is essential, treat YouTube’s VOD as a possible additional copy, not your sole archive.
Choose an archive plan before going live
Keep a local recording
YouTube recommends making a local archive backup. Record the source video or the output stream to storage your organization controls, then check that the recording is complete and playable before treating it as the retained archive. Estimate storage from the recording bitrate and the retention period; a local drive or other managed storage needs enough capacity for the files you intend to keep.

Consider shorter broadcasts if YouTube VODs matter
If your workflow depends on YouTube creating separate VODs, shorter scheduled sessions may be more practical than one continuous multi-day stream. Keep local copies regardless: YouTube says streams under 12 hours can be auto-archived, not that every such stream will be captured. Shorter sessions also require more operational work and create breaks for viewers, so weigh those costs against the value of separate VODs.
Check the channel, content rights, and nonprofit eligibility
Live-stream access
YouTube’s enablement guidance requires a verified channel and no live-stream restriction in the preceding 90 days. Check the nonprofit’s own YouTube Studio account before scheduling, since organization status does not bypass channel-level eligibility. YouTube Help: Get started with live streaming

Clear every part of the broadcast
YouTube scans live broadcasts for third-party material. A stream may be interrupted or terminated if such material is identified. Even material for which the nonprofit has a licence can trigger an interruption if the relevant rights holder has not allowlisted the channel through Content ID. Confirm rights for all video, audio, music, and other included material, and arrange allowlisting where required. YouTube Help: Copyright issues with live streams
Nonprofit programs and monetization are separate questions
India is listed as a country in YouTube’s expanded Partner Program, but entry still depends on channel conditions, policy review, and program thresholds; nonprofit status by itself does not establish monetization eligibility. YouTube says livestream watch hours do not count toward the qualified public watch-hour threshold if the stream is unlisted, deleted, or not converted to VOD. The YouTube Nonprofit Program is also separate: activation requires a Google for Nonprofits account and a YouTube channel or ID that can be verified as belonging to the organization. What to confirm with OneStream before committing
- Whether the current Enterprise plan includes the 24/7 feature for your account and region, and what its current price and terms are.
- Whether the planned schedule length and video sources fit your intended workflow.
- How your organization will retain an independent recording for the full broadcast.
- Whether the YouTube channel is eligible to stream and whether all included media rights are cleared.
The cited OneStream documentation states an Enterprise requirement and a maximum scheduled duration of 30 days; it does not establish nonprofit-specific pricing, discounts, or a referral program. Confirm current terms directly with OneStream before budgeting.

StreamNeo is another option for looping uploaded videos on YouTube: upload a recording or build a playlist, add your YouTube stream key once, and go live. The stream runs from the cloud, so no computer, OBS, or home connection has to stay on. It is YouTube-only and plays uploaded videos rather than going live from a camera. This changes how the broadcast is kept running, not YouTube’s archive guidance: retain a local recording if the archive must be dependable.
