Yes—but YouTube’s documented scheduling feature schedules separate live events, not lesson changes inside one continuous 24/7 stream. To keep one stream running while lessons change by time of day, an external encoder or playout workflow must select the lessons and send the resulting continuous feed to YouTube. If separate watch pages and start times are acceptable, schedule each lesson as its own YouTube live event instead.
What YouTube scheduling does—and does not do
YouTube’s Live Control Room lets you schedule a live stream, share its URL, and give viewers the option to set reminders. At the scheduled time, the creator connects an encoder and starts the event. That is a way to schedule the start of a live event, not a documented timetable for switching among lesson videos inside a single ongoing broadcast. YouTube’s encoder setup describes sending a feed to YouTube using a server URL and stream key; it does not describe building a schedule from lesson files within YouTube. How to set up one continuous stream with timed lessons
The YouTube side receives an encoder feed. Lesson selection and timing have to be arranged in the system that creates that feed; YouTube’s cited setup guide does not identify an automation product or explain how lesson changes behave. Evaluate any external playout or encoder system for the schedule you need, whether it can keep the feed continuous, and how it handles failures. Do not assume a particular tool can switch lessons without interruption unless its documentation confirms that behavior.

- Prepare the lesson schedule. Decide which lesson should play at each time and how the sequence should repeat. Confirm that the selected playout workflow can follow that schedule.
- Set up the outgoing feed. Configure the encoder or playout workflow to send its output to YouTube using the server URL and stream key for the live stream. Keep the stream key private.
- Preview before going live. Check the preview and confirm the intended video and audio are reaching YouTube before beginning the broadcast.

When separate scheduled lessons are the better fit
Use separate events when each lesson can have its own watch page and start time. YouTube says scheduling lets you promote an upcoming stream, share its URL, and allow viewers to set reminders. At the scheduled time, connect the encoder and start that event. This is the simpler YouTube-native choice when a single persistent watch page is not essential. Plan for monitoring and replays
Monitoring is part of a 24/7 schedule
A timetable does not by itself keep the outgoing feed healthy. YouTube’s guidance recommends testing and previewing a stream and continuously monitoring audio and video. For an around-the-clock lecture channel, decide who will notice a failed feed or bad audio and what recovery action they can take. The cited YouTube guidance does not establish a particular automation system or recovery behavior for external playout workflows.

Do not assume one 24-hour replay will be archived
YouTube states that streams under 12 hours are automatically archived after they end. That statement does not establish how an uninterrupted 24/7 broadcast will be saved as a replay, so do not rely on it as a promise that a full-day stream will appear as one complete archive.
