The India pages conflict: the overview and Titan-powered page show different names, prices, storage, and Google Workspace allowances than the comparison page. Start with the country-specific product page and the plan name shown during purchase. The US Enterprise Email page is not evidence that the same plan or feature boundaries apply in India. Likewise, do not use one India page’s price or storage figure to describe every India offer.

The listed mailbox allowances range from 5 GB on the India comparison page’s Business Email offer to 50 GB on the India Titan-powered Enterprise plan; the US Enterprise page lists 30 GB per account. Consider whether staff keep years of attachments in their inboxes or archive messages elsewhere. Google Workspace storage is described differently on the India overview page—up to 5 TB pooled storage per user—so compare the actual plan terms rather than treating pooled storage as a per-mailbox allowance.
Check access and collaboration features
The US Enterprise page lists POP and IMAP, desktop-client access, shared calendaring, global contacts, and push synchronization. It says shared calendars, global contacts, and push synchronization are not available in Business Email. India’s Titan-powered page lists webmail and mobile apps, calendar and contacts, three external forwarders, and two-factor authentication. Feature boundaries are regional and plan-specific; verify the included features for the mailbox you will purchase.

Is standalone email or hosting with email better value?
Some BigRock India hosting plans include email-account allowances and display separate introductory and renewal prices. A bundled allowance can make sense if the included account count and features cover the team, but a low introductory hosting price alone does not show the ongoing cost of email.

- Calculate the total after the introductory period using the displayed renewal price, then add any relevant taxes or other charges shown at checkout.
- Compare that recurring total with the standalone mailboxes that meet the same storage and feature needs.
- Confirm account limits, renewal terms, and included features in the live checkout terms before committing.
What is established—and what is not—about BigRock email?
