You can loop a YouTube video using built-in controls: on a computer, right-click the player and select Loop; in the mobile app, open Settings → Additional settings → Loop video. You can also repeat a whole playlist, repeat one playlist item, or configure looping in an embedded player.

How to Loop a YouTube Video on a Computer
- Open the video you want to repeat.
- Right-click inside the video player.
- Select Loop from the menu.
The video will repeat continuously. To repeat a playlist instead, play a video that belongs to it, expand the playlist if necessary, and select Loop in the playlist box.
How to Loop a YouTube Video on Your Phone
- Open the video in the YouTube mobile app.
- Tap Settings, then Additional settings.
- Tap Loop video.
To repeat a playlist, play it and use the Loop control in the playlist box below the video. Tap the control again until a “1” appears if you want to repeat only the current video in the playlist.
How to Repeat a Video or Playlist on a TV
While a video is playing on a TV or gaming console, bring up the playback controls with your remote or controller and select Repeat. Choose the repeat state for the currently playing video or for the playlist. You can also find the Repeat toggle in playback settings. Labels and control placement may vary by device.

Looping a Video in an Embedded Player
If you are embedding a single YouTube video, Google’s player documentation requires both loop=1 and a playlist parameter containing that same video’s ID. For a playlist embed, use the documented loop parameter to restart the playlist at its first video.

How do I loop just one video in a playlist?
In the mobile app, play the playlist and tap its Loop control until a “1” appears. That state repeats the current item rather than the whole playlist.

How do I repeat a YouTube playlist?
On a computer, open a video in the playlist and select Loop in the playlist box. On mobile, use the playlist’s Loop control. On a TV or console, open playback controls and select the Repeat state for the playlist.
Why can’t I find the Loop control?
The location and wording of playback controls can vary between app versions and devices. Check the player menu, playlist controls, or playback settings for Loop or Repeat.
