Short answer: None of the official cloud offers reviewed establishes a fully free, India-based service that can reliably run a prerecorded YouTube coaching stream 24/7. Google Cloud’s always-free VM is limited to certain US regions and modest resources; Oracle advertises selected media services in its Free Tier but does not publish enough quota detail on the cited page to confirm this workload; and AWS IVS’s free allowances are far short of continuous streaming. If you need dependable continuous playback rather than a free experiment, budget for the full workload or use a purpose-built cloud service.
Best options at a glance
| Option | What the offer establishes | Fit for a free 24/7 YouTube stream from India |
|---|---|---|
| StreamNeo | Purpose-built cloud service for looping uploaded videos to YouTube; the first day is free with no card. The free day is a trial, not a permanently free plan. | Best straightforward option if you want the stream to keep running without leaving a computer on. It is paid after the free day. |
| Google Cloud e2-micro VM | One eligible VM per month in Oregon, Iowa, or South Carolina, 30 GB-months of standard persistent disk, and 1 GB of monthly outbound transfer from North America under the Free Tier. New trial customers may receive $300 in credits valid for 90 days. | Not an India-region VM or a verified end-to-end free 24/7 setup. Requires you to configure and maintain the playback workflow. |
| Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Media Streams / Media Flow | Oracle India advertises selected services, including Media Streams, with no time limit in its Free Tier, plus US$300 in credits for other cloud services. | A candidate to investigate, not a confirmed free continuous YouTube pipeline: the cited page does not specify enough workload quotas or included operations. |
| Amazon IVS | For new customers during the first 12 months, the pricing page lists five hours of basic-channel input and 100 hours of SD or audio-only output per month, plus small feature-specific allowances. Eligible new customers may also receive up to $200 in AWS Free Tier credits. | Not enough included input or output for a 24/7 stream; metered charges apply beyond eligible allowances. |
For a cloud workflow that requires uploads and YouTube playback rather than a DIY server, StreamNeo is the first option to consider: it runs continuously from the cloud, accepts uploaded video at any quality up to 4K 60fps at one flat price per slot, and offers a free first day. It is not a permanently free option.
What “free” needs to cover
A working 24/7 recorded stream can involve more than a VM or a media-service allowance. Check each part of the bill and whether the offer actually covers it:
Crashes, No Sound, or Screen Glitches?

- Storage: space for the recording, including any persistent disk or object storage charges.
- Network delivery: outbound transfer to YouTube and, if viewers receive video directly from the cloud service, delivery to those viewers as well.
- Uptime handling: a way to restart playback after a crash or a dropped YouTube connection.
- Limits and billing: region eligibility, account eligibility, session limits, monthly quotas, and charges when an allowance is exceeded.
A meaningful cost estimate also needs your recording’s resolution, bitrate and file size; whether the cloud must encode or transcode it; and whether your intended audience watches through YouTube or a separate delivery service. The offers below are not a workload-specific bill estimate.

Google Cloud: an eligible US VM, not an India-region free server
Google Cloud’s Free Tier documentation allows one e2-micro VM per month in Oregon, Iowa, or South Carolina, along with 30 GB-months of standard persistent disk and 1 GB of outbound data transfer from North America per month. The $300 welcome credit for new trial customers lasts 90 days; it is a temporary trial allowance, not a permanent free budget. See Google Cloud’s Free Tier limits.
There is a destination-specific network detail: Google lists data transfer from a Compute Engine VM to YouTube among VM-to-Google service traffic priced at no charge. That does not make every egress route free, remove the VM’s region and resource limits, or cover resources beyond their own free limits. Keep this distinction in mind rather than treating the YouTube transfer classification as an all-in free streaming offer. See Google Cloud network pricing.

An e2-micro in the named US regions is not an India-region VM. A US location may also mean greater latency for administration or other services; it does not by itself establish a problem with YouTube ingest. The offer pages do not establish whether the VM’s limited compute and memory are sufficient for your particular playback or encoding process. If evaluating it, test the actual workflow and monitor usage rather than assuming a 24/7 workload will stay within the free limits.
Google’s managed Live Stream API is a separate, paid service
Do not confuse running your own process on a VM with using Google Cloud’s managed Live Stream API. Google states that the API has no free usage tier and bills on demand. Its quota documentation says a session may be restarted after 24 hours in a streaming state other than stopped or stopping, so it is not a set-and-forget free route to an uninterrupted stream. Check Live Stream API pricing and its quotas before choosing it.

Oracle OCI: a lead to verify, not a proven free pipeline
Oracle India advertises OCI Media Streams and Media Flow among services with no time limit in its Free Tier, and advertises US$300 in credits for trying additional cloud services. The cited product page does not give enough quota or workload detail to show that a continuous YouTube workflow—including required media operations, storage, and transfer—is fully covered. Treat it as a candidate for account-level verification, not a confirmed free 24/7 solution. Check current regional availability and usage limits before relying on it: Oracle India OCI Media Streams.
AWS IVS: free allowances are too small for continuous use
Amazon IVS is metered for video input and video output delivered to viewers. Its pricing page lists five hours of basic-channel live input and 100 hours of SD or audio-only output per month for new customers during the first 12 months. New customers may also receive up to $200 in AWS Free Tier credits under the offer described there, but credits are limited in time and apply only to eligible services. These amounts do not cover a 24/7 stream, and charges may apply beyond the relevant allowances. See Amazon IVS pricing.

Meet YouTube’s live-stream requirements
A cloud provider does not override YouTube’s channel rules. YouTube says the channel must be verified and must not have had live-streaming restrictions in the prior 90 days. Its Help page lists a maximum of 10 active streams per channel and three per stream key. Live content must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. See YouTube’s live-streaming requirements.

The cited YouTube guidance does not specifically approve every always-on prerecorded coaching setup. Make sure you have the rights to the video, music, graphics, and other material you stream, and review YouTube’s current rules for your channel and content. A cloud host does not grant rights or exempt you from platform policies.

How to test a free offer without an unexpected bill
- Define the workload. Record the video’s resolution, bitrate, duration, file size, intended operating hours, and whether you need cloud encoding or only playback to YouTube.
- Check the exact region and service. Confirm that the specific VM or media product is available to your account in the region you plan to use. Do not assume a trial credit or one service’s free allowance covers related storage, networking, or processing.
- Calculate usage against each quota. Use the provider’s current pricing tools and documentation for compute, disk, transfer, media processing, and any session-duration restrictions.
- Set billing safeguards first. Configure budget alerts and any available usage controls before deploying. Alerts help you notice costs; they do not necessarily stop a service from running or charges from accruing.
- Run a monitored pilot. Confirm that playback reaches YouTube, that the stream survives a test interruption, and that usage remains within the applicable limits. Do not treat a short test or promotional credit as proof that a full month will be free.
- Decide whether the remaining risk is acceptable. For a stream that must stay live, include restart handling, quota exhaustion, account eligibility, and post-trial charges in the plan. If a limit or price is unclear, confirm it with the provider before depending on the service.
