Which Android option should you try first?
Start with the built-in feature if the page is open in an app or browser and Android offers Capture more. Google says its instructions work on Android 12 and up on “most screens that allow you to scroll,” not every screen. If the control is absent or the result is incomplete, choose an app based on how it captures content:
- Web2Pics: Full Page Screenshot is oriented toward webpages opened in its in-app browser, including full-page or selected-area captures.
- LongShot: Scrolling Screenshot records screen frames while you scroll, then stitches them into a long image. It can also be used for other scrollable screen content.

Use Android’s built-in Capture more
- Open the webpage or other scrollable content.
- Press Power and Volume down together to take a screenshot.
- If Android offers it, tap Capture more at the bottom of the screen.
- Adjust the crop guides to include the content you want, then save the capture.
The option may not appear on a screen that does not support extended capture. Google documents the workflow for Android 12 and up, but says it works on most—not all—scrollable screens. Device makers may present screenshot controls differently.

Capture a scrolling screen with LongShot
LongShot’s listing describes a frame-stitching workflow: grant its requested display-over-other-apps permission, start capture, then scroll through the content at a steady pace while it records. The app combines the frames into a long screenshot.
- Scroll slowly and evenly. The listing warns that fast flicks can cause skipped content.
- Pause video before capturing if you want to reduce the chance of visible seams.
- If LongShot’s indicator reports that the page was lost, scroll back and continue as directed by the app.
- Protected content may be captured as black, which an app cannot necessarily work around.
- The listing advertises editing and PNG or multi-page PDF export. It lists Android 8.0 or later and says the app has no internet permission, no ads, and no in-app purchases. These are developer-provided Play listing claims, not an independent audit.
- Its text-recognition tools are listed as supporting Latin script only.
Capture a webpage with Web2Pics
Web2Pics is designed around webpages rather than stitching whatever is visible on the phone screen. Its listing describes opening a URL in the app’s browser and capturing the full page, or selecting a page area. It also advertises editing, annotation, image-quality controls, and options to blur or pixelate sensitive areas. Sticky-header, footer, and cookie-banner removal are listed features; check the result on your own page rather than assuming every site element will be handled as intended.
Web2Pics’ Google Play disclosure says the app contains ads and in-app purchases and may collect or share location, personal information, and other data types. Review the current listing’s data-safety information before using it with sensitive pages, and avoid capturing or sharing personal information unnecessarily.

How to choose for your page
- Try Capture more when it is available and you want a quick capture without another app.
- Choose Web2Pics when you want to enter a webpage in a browser within the app and use webpage-focused capture or editing options.
- Choose LongShot when screen-frame stitching suits the content and you can scroll steadily; it is not limited to browser pages.
- Check the output and privacy fit before relying on an app for an important record. App-store ratings and download ranges do not establish capture quality or privacy.
What the current Play listing snapshots show
When accessed on October 3, 2026, Google Play showed LongShot at 1K+ downloads and 5.0 stars from 64 reviews, and Web2Pics at 10K+ downloads and 4.4 stars from 169 reviews.
