How good is the E1R’s picture likely to be?
720p is the native resolution
Aurzen says the E1R has native 720p resolution and accepts 1080p content. The distinction matters: a 1080p stream or input does not give this projector a 1920 × 1080 native image. Brightness favors controlled lighting
The stated 160-lumen rating is modest on paper, and Aurzen does not call it an ANSI-lumen figure. A small room where you can control ambient light is the more sensible use case than a bright room or daytime viewing. This is guidance inferred from the published resolution and brightness, not a measured result; no cited test verifies how bright the image appears in a particular room or at a particular size. The advertised 20–120-inch range is not proof that the projector will deliver a satisfying image at every size.
Does built-in Roku remove the need for a streaming stick?

How flexible is setup and placement?
