For an AULA F99, use AULA’s official Keyboard & Mouse Driver hub and select the listing that matches the exact model printed on your keyboard. The hub lists both “F99” and “F99/F99 Pro” as Windows keyboard drivers. AULA warns: “Do not install software made for a different model.” F99Pro, F99MAX, and the EPOMAKER x AULA F99 edition may have separate software paths, so don’t assume a package works across variants.
Find the driver for your exact AULA model
- Open AULA’s Keyboard & Mouse Driver hub.
- Search for the complete model name printed on the underside of the keyboard or shown in its product documentation. If there is no result, AULA suggests checking the model name and trying a shorter search term.
- Check that the listing’s model and package type match your keyboard before downloading. The hub distinguishes Windows keyboard drivers, web drivers, and firmware; a similar model name is not proof of compatibility.
- Download the package from the matching listing and follow its installer instructions.
AULA’s keyboard catalog lists F99, F99Pro, and F99MAX as separate models, with driver and firmware links on the catalog entries. The hub also has separate entries for newer devices. Treat each listing as model-specific, including firmware downloads.
Choose the right F99 edition

The F99 and F99/F99 Pro hub entries are identified as Windows keyboard drivers. The reviewed official pages do not establish support for macOS or Linux across F99 packages, so check the exact download’s documentation rather than assuming compatibility.

Install carefully, especially if the download is firmware
Follow the instructions included with the matching download. The official pages do not provide one universal installation procedure or a current checksum for every model, so avoid applying instructions or firmware intended for a different keyboard. Where a firmware listing specifies a hardware version, verify it as well as the model; the hub’s hardware-version warning for the F98 Pro V3 is specific to that device, not an F99 instruction.

AULA’s indexed F99 driver listing reports a file size of 2.47 MB, a creation date of June 11, 2025, and a last update of June 26, 2025. The page could not be opened directly when that listing was reviewed, so treat those figures as indexed metadata and confirm the live download destination before relying on them. File size alone does not establish that a package is the correct one.
Troubleshoot connection problems before reinstalling software
If the keyboard is not responding, check its connection mode and pairing before assuming its driver is at fault. AULA’s F99 FAQ gives these connection steps:

- Bluetooth: Set the keyboard to BT, then hold Fn + 1 for three seconds until the indicator flashes quickly. Select the keyboard in your device’s Bluetooth settings.
- 2.4G: Set the keyboard to 2.4G mode and insert the USB receiver. For manual pairing, hold Fn + ~ for about three seconds until the cyan light flashes, insert the receiver, and keep the keyboard close.
- Unstable 2.4G connection: AULA recommends using a USB 2.0 port away from other receivers and metal hubs, then pairing again.
- Keys not working: Check the battery, connection mode, and system shortcut. The FAQ describes holding Fn + Esc for five seconds to restore factory settings.
For charging, AULA’s FAQ recommends reducing or turning off the backlight, using the original cable, and avoiding fast-charging devices. This is manufacturer guidance, not independent electrical testing.
