Apple will open new store in Wenzhou, China is now outdated wording. Apple MixC Wenzhou opened to customers on November 4, 2023, at 10 a.m. local time. It was Apple’s first store in Wenzhou and its fourth in Zhejiang province. The location remains listed by Apple as Apple Wenzhou MixC.

Apple’s mainland China retail directory repeats the same address and telephone number. The store is inside Wenzhou MixC on Level 1.
Opening date and what is current
Apple announced the store on November 2, 2023, and scheduled its customer opening for November 4 at 10 a.m. local time. The opening announcement is historical: the store is not an upcoming location and the products named in that release do not represent Apple’s current lineup.

Apple’s live location page displays operating hours and warns that special hours can temporarily change or pause services such as Genius Bar appointments. Check that page before traveling rather than relying on a copied schedule.

Accessibility and store design
Apple said the store uses universal-design features and plant-based materials. The opening description included wheelchair-friendly routes, varied table and seating heights, an expanded assisted-listening system at the Today at Apple table and a portable hearing loop that can be used around the store.

Opening-era staffing and product context
Apple said more than 100 team members would support the opening. It also reported 56 retail stores in Greater China at the time. Both figures are Apple’s dated November 2023 statements and should not be read as current staffing or a current regional store count.
The announcement highlighted the iPhone 15 family, the 24-inch iMac with M3 and MacBook Pro models with M3, M3 Pro and M3 Max. Those references identify products promoted at the opening; they are not a recommendation for what to buy today. Planning a visit
- Confirm hours: Open Apple’s current Apple Wenzhou MixC location page and check the displayed schedule, including any special-hours notice.
- Choose the right service: Use shopping assistance for a purchase decision, Genius Bar for technical support, Today at Apple for classes, or pickup for an online order.
- Book when possible: Register for a Today at Apple session or arrange a Genius Bar visit through Apple’s current tools; do not assume walk-in availability at a preferred time.
- Bring transfer information: If changing phones, make sure you know your Apple Account credentials and have a current backup before requesting data-transfer help.
- Allow for eligibility checks: Trade-in values, financing, upgrades and service options depend on Apple’s current terms and the device’s condition.
