Apple reported $30.976 billion in Services net sales for fiscal Q2 2026, up 16% year over year as reported by the company. The quarter ended March 28, 2026, and Services also set a new all-time record for a March quarter.
How much did Apple Services revenue grow in Q2?
Services net sales were $30.976 billion in the three months ended March 28, 2026, compared with $26.645 billion in the quarter ended March 29, 2025. Apple reported the year-over-year increase as 16%. Calculating from the statement amounts gives approximately 16.2%, but the company’s stated growth rate is rounded.
Apple CEO Tim Cook said in the April 30, 2026 results release, “During the quarter, Services achieved yet another all-time record.” Apple described it as a new all-time high for a March quarter.

What drove Apple’s Services growth?
Apple said higher net sales from advertising, the App Store, and cloud services primarily drove the increase. The filing does not break out how much each contributed, so it is not possible from those figures to rank the drivers or calculate their individual shares of growth.
Apple’s April 30, 2026 results release also reported total company revenue of $111.2 billion, up 17% year over year. That is company-wide revenue, not Services revenue.

What happened to Services margins?
Services gross margin rose to $23.752 billion from $20.183 billion a year earlier. Its gross margin percentage increased to 76.7% from 75.7%.

The higher gross margin percentage primarily reflected service mix and favorable foreign currency movements, partly offset by higher costs. Revenue growth and margin expansion are related but distinct results.

Is fiscal Q2 2026 Apple’s latest reported quarter?
No. Apple subsequently reported fiscal Q3 2026 results for the quarter ended June 27, 2026. Its Q3 results release said Services had double-digit revenue growth, but the cited release does not establish the exact Services sales amount. It reported total-company revenue of $109.4 billion, up 16%; that figure should not be read as Services revenue.

Apple’s fiscal quarters should be compared with the corresponding quarter a year earlier, as in the figures above, rather than with the adjacent calendar quarter. The company notes that sales have historically been higher in its first fiscal quarter partly because of holiday demand, and that new product and service introductions can significantly affect sales and expenses. Those factors make like-for-like comparisons useful, but they do not by themselves explain a particular quarter’s results.
