The iPhone 18 Pro and Motorola Edge 70 Fusion suit different priorities: Apple’s phone is smaller and runs iOS, while Motorola’s cited US version has a larger, faster-refresh display and a 7,000 mAh battery. There is no reliable universal price difference between them: it depends on country, storage, seller and date, and the available pricing here is historical rather than a current like-for-like quote.
Apple iPhone 18 Pro vs Motorola Edge 70 Fusion specs
This comparison uses Apple’s published iPhone 18 Pro specifications and Motorola’s US specifications for the Edge 70 Fusion’s 7,000 mAh configuration. Motorola’s regional versions differ, so its US figures should not be assumed to describe a phone sold elsewhere.

How the displays, size and weight compare
The Motorola is the larger phone: its cited US configuration has a 6.78-inch display, compared with 6.3 inches on the iPhone. It also lists a higher maximum refresh rate, 144 Hz versus 120 Hz. Those figures describe screen size and refresh capability; by themselves, they do not establish which display looks better.
#1 Best Overall
- This phone is unlocked and compatible with any carrier of choice on GSM and CDMA networks (e.g. AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, US Cellular, Cricket, Metro, Tracfone, Mint Mobile, etc.).
- Please check with your carrier to verify compatibility.
- When you receive the phone, insert a SIM card from a compatible carrier. Then, turn it on, connect to Wi-Fi, and follow the on screen prompts to activate service.
- The device does not come with headphones or a SIM card. It does include a generic (Mfi certified) charger and charging cable.
- Tested for battery health and guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 80%.
The size difference is noticeable in the body dimensions as well: the cited Motorola is taller and wider. Yet it weighs 193 g, 18 g less than Apple’s listed 211 g iPhone. Choose based on how much screen you want and how comfortable the phone feels to carry and hold, not on weight alone.
Performance, operating system and regional variants
Apple lists the A20 Pro for the iPhone 18 Pro. Motorola’s processor depends on the market: its US specification lists the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, while the India specification lists the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4. Both cited Motorola variants run Android 16. No comparable independent benchmark results are established here, so these processor names are not a measured performance ranking.
Rank #2

The platform choice is just as important as the chip. The iPhone is the fit for buyers who prefer iOS and Apple’s listed Apple Intelligence and Siri features; the Edge 70 Fusion is the Android option. Existing apps, services and devices you rely on may matter more to day-to-day use than the specifications table.

- Confirm the country and model configuration on Motorola’s local product page.
- Verify the processor and storage shown for the seller’s listing: the cited US and India specifications are not identical.
- Check the phone’s warranty and whether the offer is unlocked or tied to a carrier.
Battery and charging: what the figures do and do not show
Motorola lists a 7,000 mAh battery and 68 W TurboPower charging for the cited US configuration. Apple’s cited iPhone specification does not provide a mAh figure. Battery capacity and a stated charging rate are useful specifications, but they do not establish real-world endurance or a same-condition battery-life winner. The available specifications do not provide a comparable endurance test.
Rank #3
- The large 6.9-inch display combines ProMotion 120Hz technology with advanced color calibration, giving movies, games, and productivity apps a spacious, crisp, and fluid visual experience that’s ideal for multitasking or immersive media consumption.
Camera specifications and durability
Apple describes the iPhone 18 Pro as having a 48 MP Pro Fusion camera system and a variable-aperture main camera. Motorola lists a 50 MP Sony LYTIA 710 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), plus a 13 MP ultrawide. Megapixel counts and component lists are not a substitute for comparable photo tests, so they cannot settle which phone takes better pictures.
Apple lists IP68 under IEC 60529. Motorola’s US page lists IP69/IP68 and MIL-STD 810H. These are different manufacturer-stated ratings and standards; they should not be treated as proof that the phones have identical protection or withstand the same conditions.
Rank #4

- Tested for battery health and guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 80%.
Price difference: what the available prices establish
A precise current price difference cannot be stated from the available figures because they do not provide current, same-country prices for both phones at matching storage capacities. Price also varies with seller, promotions, warranty and carrier status.
As historical context, TechRadar’s May 31, 2026 review reported Edge 70 Fusion launch prices of £379 in the UK and AU$499 in Australia, and said the model was not on sale in the US at that time. Those are reported launch prices, not current quotes, and do not establish a price gap against the iPhone 18 Pro. TechRadar’s May 2026 review.
Best Value
- Titanium frame combines strength and lightness, giving the iPhone 16 Pro a premium feel while reducing weight for prolonged daily use. The polished edges and textured back enhance grip and handling, making it easier to use during long calls, gaming sessions, or when capturing photos and videos on the move.
For an actual comparison, check listings from the same country on the same date and match storage, seller type and carrier status. Do not compare a launch price in one market with a current promotional or carrier price in another. Converting currencies also does not make prices directly equivalent because local taxes, exchange rates and availability differ.
Which phone should you buy?
Choose the iPhone 18 Pro if
- You want the smaller 6.3-inch phone and prefer Apple’s platform.
- You want the camera features Apple lists, including its variable-aperture main camera.
- You need a storage option above 256 GB; Apple lists configurations up to 2 TB.
Consider the Edge 70 Fusion if
- You prefer Android and a larger display with a higher listed refresh rate.
- The 7,000 mAh battery and 68 W charging listed for the US configuration match your priorities, with the understanding that these are manufacturer specifications rather than measured battery results.
- You have confirmed which regional configuration is being sold and that its processor and storage meet your needs.
Apple announced the iPhone 18 Pro on September 9, 2026. A 91mobiles comparison lists that date for the iPhone and March 6, 2026, for the Edge 70 Fusion; the Motorola date is secondary-source context, not confirmed here by a Motorola announcement. 91mobiles comparison.
