Terminal [Escape Room] by CCF Studios is a Roblox escape-room game in which players solve linked puzzles to unlock the next section of a chapter. It was released on July 11, 2023, is free to play, and supports up to 15 players. The experience currently advertises Chapters 1–5, beginner modes, console support, and Season 2 content.
This guide separates fixed answers from randomized puzzles. Chapter 1 and most of Chapter 3 have reliable solutions, while Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 generate important clues and codes for each run. Treating an example code from those chapters as universal will usually send you back to the puzzle.
How to redeem Terminal Escape Room codes
Roblox codes are separate from the escape-room keypad solutions. To redeem one:

Codes are case-sensitive. A current tracker checked on August 5, 2026 lists these codes as active:

Chapter 1 solutions
Chapter 1 contains several fixed puzzles. Complete each puzzle in order; the game does not let you advance until the current chapter’s required tasks are finished.
1. Passenger-car seating puzzle: 3479
- Find the raffle flyer and note the seat references:
A2,C6,B8, andA5. - Use the Seating Chart to locate those four positions.
- Lift the corresponding seats.
- Enter
3479.
2. Vending machine and keycard
- Read the clock shown on the poster.
- Put two quarters into the vending machine.
- Select
2C. - Take the keycard that the machine releases.
3. Fuse, switches, and Morse code: 3967
After the keypad explodes, move into the newly opened cabin and search beneath the two fluorescent-blue tables. The fuse is underneath one of them.
Insert the fuse, then set the ten switches to this pattern from left to right:
On, Off, On, On, Off, On, Off, Off, Off, On
Read the flashing red light as Morse code and enter 3967.
4. Final Chapter 1 keypad: 7941
The final four digits come from four separate clues:

Enter 7941, then pull the lever. Lists that give Chapter 1 opening, computer, or final codes such as 7394, TERMINAL, and 1586 do not match the documented Chapter 1 progression.

Chapter 2 solutions
1. Wire puzzle
- Find the scissors near the front of the train tracks.
- Find the screwdriver between the Ramen Bowl and Flower paintings.
- Cut the ten wires.
- Use the poster titled Standardized Electrical Rewriting Protocol to place them in this order:
Purple, Brown, Red, Green, Black, Orange, White, Pink, Yellow, Blue
2. First keypad: 2193
Combine the flashing word “nineteen” with the displayed numbers 2 and 3. The answer for this keypad is 2193.
3. Task-room keypad: 2567
Complete the four listed tasks:
- Take Out Trash.
- Find 2 Pipes & Fix Plumbing.
- Track Anita’s Location Yesterday.
- Count the Sticky Notes, then divide the count by 12.
The resulting code is 2567. One pipe is on top of the train, and the other is taped to the middle of a park photograph. The pipe arrangement itself is randomized, so solve that layout rather than copying another player’s arrangement.
4. TV room
The TV numbers and letters change between runs. Find the Remote and use it to pause a TV, allowing you to record the changing clue before solving it. One documented run produced 2678, but that is not a guaranteed code for every session.
5. Final Chapter 2 room: 3482
The documented final-room solution used the equation involving 23 TVs, 7 Beginner Guides, and 30 Pipes. That run produced 3482.

Elevator puzzle
Start by decoding the Pigpen clue. It reads “Count The Triangles.” The elevator code is built from four observations:
- Count the triangles above the elevator.
- Match the blinking-light pattern against the displayed number list.
- Decode the colored stripe pattern at the bottom of the elevator with the Iguana Identification poster.
- Use the matching poster or target pattern to decode the red-line position on the elevator floor.
The four digits are generated from the room’s displayed patterns. There is no verified universal elevator code.
Box room: 6824
Collect the listed items—Blue Paint, Key, Coin, and Newspaper—and enter 6824.

- Put one coin into each arcade machine.
- Read the capital letters on the prizes.
- They spell

Use all four collected keys on the black door. The required words are:
CLOUD
OCEAN
SPAC3
PL4NT
Enter 0743 at the giant red pillow tower, then press the green light.
Chapter 4 walkthrough
Chapter 4 contains randomized puzzles. The examples below explain the method and show one documented run; they are not a complete fixed answer list.
Lab opening password
- Read the coordinates of the checkers pieces on the generated board.
- Match each coordinate to the chemical on the reagent shelf.
- Convert each chemical name to its periodic-table symbol.
- Remove numeric characters from the symbols and combine the remaining letters.
- Enter the result on the wall keyboard.
For example, one run mapped F2 to Uranium (U), H4 to Praseodymium (Pr), F6 to Oxygen (O2), and E7 to Argon (Ar). Removing the 2 produced UPROAR.
Beaker and tic-tac-toe puzzle
Locate each type of container:
- Cylindrical beakers: beneath the Periodic Table of Elements.
- Triangular flasks: on a table beside the Doll House.
- Circular round-bottom flasks: below the Beaker Clean Up poster.
- Test tubes: on the table near the dominoes.
Record the winning square at each location and transfer the positions to the keypad. An example sequence was Bottom Middle, Top Middle, Middle Left, Top Left.
Mass puzzle
The conversion rule is 1 scoop = 4 dashes. Use the generated material combination, weigh each item, and add the values. A documented example was:

Dominoes
- Fill the bottle containing the dominoes with the collected water.
- Match the domino ends across the board.
- Put the remaining domino in the Fume Hood.
- Press the glowing white button inside.
Dollhouse
Go to the glowing portal and press shrink. Enter the Dollhouse and solve its four-answer panel using the clues shown on the walls and around the room. These answers are randomized.
Simon Says
Enter the color sequence exactly as displayed. The sequence changes, so write it down or take screenshots if you cannot memorize it before entering the buttons.
Poker and player puzzles
- Record the clues on the poker cards.
- Use the Scoring Examples to calculate each Player answer.
- Enter the three resulting codes in the briefcase.
- Check the adjacent light after each entry; a correct answer makes it flash green.
Contractor section
Identify the three cheapest building blueprints. Press the Red, Green, and Blue buttons for those buildings and collect the letters. In one documented run, the letters formed the anagram LABOURING. Enter the word into the terminal at the back of the room. Blueprint names and the resulting word vary by run.
Chemical Closet
- Collect the Chain Cutters, Sledgehammer, and Wrench.
- Break all 12 pipes with the Sledgehammer.
- Use the Chain Cutters on the chained rolling chair to obtain the Stool.
- Place the Stool on a table to reach the ceiling pipe puzzle.
- Connect the pipes into one continuous flow.
- Use the Wrench on the The Game Room sign.
- Place the sign on the nearby burner.
- Enter the Fume Hood and interact with Escape.
Chapter 5 walkthrough
Chapter 5 also uses generated data. Use the examples below as instructions, not as universal codes.
Antidote puzzle
Move the balls between tubes until every tube contains the same colors. The puzzle has a time limit. Completing it awards Keycard Level 3.
Electrical Room
The color-to-number assignment is randomized. One documented run used:

Read the assignment in your own room before entering the electrical solution.
Vent, surveillance, and vault
- Turn off the electricity.
- Enter the floor vent.
- Collect the backpack containing the broken ladder parts.
- Switch the Heating Area to the Surveillance Room.
- Re-enter the vent.
- Use the blue terminal in the Surveillance Room to determine the camera order.
- Apply that order to reveal the vault code.
One example camera order was 6, 11, 5, 7, 9, 10, 8, 12, 2, 3, 1, 4, which revealed 40481. Both values are generated per run.
Printing Room password reset
Use the PC’s password-reset screen. The answers are profile-specific or run-specific, so do not copy another player’s details. One documented example used:

Why a code from a guide may not work
- The puzzle is randomized. This applies especially to Chapters 4 and 5, the Chapter 2 TV room, Chapter 2 pipe placement, and the Chapter 3 elevator.
- The code was copied with the wrong capitalization. This matters for reward codes and word answers.
- A previous puzzle is incomplete. Chapters must be completed in sequence; a later keypad may remain inactive until every required task is done.
- The code is from a different run. Example values such as Chapter 4’s
196mass total and Chapter 5’s40481vault code are not permanent solutions. - The source is listing unsupported answers. There is no verified universal terminal command such as
UNLOCK. The documented game interactions use keypads, wall keyboards, registers, terminals, portals, levers, and inventory items.

What is the Chapter 1 code in Terminal Escape Room?
The main fixed Chapter 1 keypad answers are 3479 for the seating puzzle, 3967 for the fuse and Morse puzzle, and 7941 for the final keypad.
What is the Chapter 2 wire order?

Is Chapter 5 code 40481?
Not universally. 40481 was the vault code in one documented run. Chapter 5 generates the camera order and resulting vault code for each run.

No verified walkthrough supports a universal UNLOCK command. The documented puzzles use ordinary in-game interactions such as keypads, terminals, registers, levers, and inventory objects.
