The service is now called Agent. In 2026, the company combined its Kodee support assistant with its specialized business agents into one service. The company describes the result as an assistant for account support and business tasks, but current subscription terms and independent evidence of its business-task performance are limited. This review explains what changed, what the company says the service can do, and what to check before relying on it.
What is Agent?
Agent is the current name for the combined service that brings together Kodee, the company’s support assistant, and specialized agents for business work. The company announced the release on September 2, 2026, after a rollout that began in mid-August. An August update also described the merger. The earlier standalone product is no longer the product to evaluate as a separate current service.
The company says Agent can use context from a customer’s website or store, domain, business email, newsletters, previous conversations, and ongoing work. It describes specialist workflows for marketing, SEO, content and visuals, analysis, and recurring tasks. Examples it gives include an SEO audit, keyword research for a blog post, a privacy-policy draft, a marketing campaign, and a client email. It also names Gmail, Notion, and Slack connections.

Agent is also distinct from the separate environment for creating websites, stores, apps, and other online projects. The company says Agent is available within that environment as well as across its customer touchpoints.

What happened to the former agents and Kodee?
The product name and shape changed during 2026. The September announcement says Agent replaced Kodee across the company’s customer touchpoints and combines support with specialized agentic work. The August 24 update likewise describes merging Kodee and the company’s AI agents into one experience. This means material about the former agents suite should not automatically be treated as current Agent terms or functionality.
What does Agent cost?
The September 2026 announcement says account management and support remain available at no additional cost, while specialized agentic work requires a tiered subscription. It does not provide a complete current schedule of Agent tiers, prices, credits, or renewal terms.
The company’s live AI Builder page lists 20 Agent credits with its Cloud Startup plan. That is a detail attached to one AI Builder plan, not a full Agent price list, and plan availability and pricing can vary by location and change over time. Check the live offer for your region and confirm what a credit covers before subscribing.
The predecessor product was advertised in April 2026 at a starting price of $6.99 per month with 1,000 monthly credits. The company later said that product had been replaced, so those figures are historical, not current Agent pricing.
What do the performance figures show?
The company reports substantial results for its customer-support operation, but those numbers do not establish how accurately Agent performs marketing, SEO, or other business work. In its September 2026 announcement, the company said Kodee resolved 91% of roughly 1.5 million support conversations per month on its own. It also reported that after a change at the end of June, specialist-guided AI resolution rose from 41% to 72%, live-chat demand fell from 10% to 4.5%, and median resolution time was around three minutes with specialist-guided AI compared with more than 50 minutes for live chats.
These are company-reported support metrics, not an independent benchmark of business-task quality. The company also says that roughly one in ten conversations exceeds what AI can confidently resolve alone, with a Customer Success specialist able to step in. It says customers can request a specialist directly, on any plan and in every market.

What independent user evidence is available?
There is not enough representative, dated feedback in the available evidence to establish a current user consensus about Agent. Anecdotes about the former product predate the merger and should not be treated as evidence of the unified service’s performance.
TechRadar’s July 2, 2026 hands-on review tested a related but separate product by creating a crypto-price comparison web app. That review may provide context about another AI tool from the company, but it does not test Agent and cannot substantiate claims about Agent’s support, integrations, or business outputs.

Because the current price schedule and independent task benchmarks are not established, evaluate the service against your own workflow before depending on it. Confirm the following directly in the product and your account terms:
- Total cost: Check the subscription price for your location, included credits, what consumes credits, renewal frequency, and the cost of continuing after any included allowance.
- Task scope: Confirm which specialist workflows are available to your account and whether the specific task you need is supported.
- Connected data: Review which website, store, email, newsletter, conversation, or third-party service information Agent can access for your setup.
- Review and control: Establish whether you can inspect, edit, or approve generated content and actions before they are published or sent.
- Escalation: Check how to reach a human specialist and which issues require escalation rather than continued AI assistance.
- Evidence for your use case: Test with low-risk tasks and assess outputs yourself; support-resolution figures are not a substitute for evidence about business-task accuracy.
Is Agent worth considering?
Agent is a materially different proposition from a basic support chatbot: the company presents it as a single assistant that combines support context with specialized business workflows. That could be useful for customers who already manage a website or online business with the company, especially if the account context reduces the need to restate details. That benefit is the company’s rationale, not an independently demonstrated outcome.
The main reason to reserve judgment is the evidence gap: current Agent subscription details are incomplete, representative user feedback is not established, and the published performance figures concern support resolution rather than business-task quality. Treat it as a candidate to evaluate, not a proven replacement for human review or specialized professional work.
