CM Punjab Laptop Scheme Phase-II registration is closed as of 5 October 2026. The grievance period listed by a participating institution ran from 2 to 6 June 2026 and has also passed. The accessible official Higher Education Department page does not announce a future registration date, so there is no confirmed new application window to report.
Is CM Punjab Laptop Scheme registration open?
No. Phase-II application submission is closed as of 5 October 2026. Application deadlines shown in search results and campus notices have differed; do not rely on an old deadline or assume it marks a currently open round. Check the Punjab government program page and your institution for a fresh official notice.
What were the Phase-II grievance dates?
A Phase-II information page hosted by the National College of Business Administration & Economics lists the grievance period as 2–6 June 2026. That window has passed and was not a new registration period. It does not provide a basis for submitting an application now.
Has the government announced another registration date?
No future date is established in the accessible official material as of 5 October 2026. The Punjab Higher Education Department has a Phase-II program page, but its accessible content shows a heading without an application schedule or details of a subsequent round. Treat any claimed future deadline as unconfirmed unless it appears in a new government notice or an official institutional announcement.

Who was eligible, and why should applicants check the phase rules?
The Punjab government’s 2025 overview describes the program as serving students with Punjab domicile, including students in the first or second semester of BS study at a public university or college and first-professional students at public medical and dental institutions. It gives minimum Intermediate marks of 65% for public university and college applicants and 80% for public medical and dental applicants, and says a student must not have received a laptop under any laptop scheme.
Those overview criteria should not be treated as a complete, universal Phase-II eligibility checklist. Phase-II institutional guidance covers additional programs and institutions, and its medical and DVM thresholds differ. If a new round is announced, verify all of the following against that round’s official portal instructions or your campus focal person:

- Whether your institution and program are included in the approved list.
- Your degree, semester or professional year, and applicable academic session.
- Punjab domicile and the required academic marks for your specific program.
- Whether a previous laptop award makes you ineligible.
Institution guidance also advises applicants to enter CNIC or B-Form details accurately, select the right academic session, avoid duplicate submissions, and keep proof of submission. These are instructions to follow only if applications reopen and the authority republishes them for that round.

The Punjab government’s 2025 program overview describes a Core i7, 13th-generation laptop with SSD storage and high-speed RAM, and states a target of distributing more than 110,000 laptops. That is a stated program target, not a verified count of devices already delivered. The accessible overview does not specify a brand or exact model, RAM capacity, storage size, or display specification. The Higher Education Department separately describes the first phase as distributing 13th-generation Core i7 laptops at a ceremony at UET Lahore.

If you are not eligible or missed the scheme and need to buy a computer, “13th-generation Core i7 laptop” is the device class named by the government, not a specific model recommendation. Buying a laptop is not a condition of applying or being selected.
