A 91mobiles comparison page displayed a ₹5,000 price gap, but its vivo listing was out of stock, so treat that as a dated snapshot—not a live buying quote.
vivo T4 vs realme 15: specification comparison
The figures below are manufacturer-listed specifications for the India-market phones, not results from a matched hands-on test. The realme 15 has up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage; vivo lists three configurations. Compare the same memory and storage tier when checking offers.

What was the listed price difference?
At the snapshot shown by 91mobiles’ comparison page, the vivo T4 was listed at ₹24,999 with “Out of Stock” status, while the realme 15 was listed at ₹29,999 on Flipkart. That is a displayed difference of ₹5,000 in favor of vivo, but the out-of-stock vivo entry makes it an unreliable basis for a purchase decision. The page does not establish that both prices were for matching RAM and storage configurations.

A separate official vivo store listing showed ₹29,999 for the 12GB + 256GB T4 and also marked it out of stock. Prices, seller, variant and stock can change; check the current listing for the exact configuration before comparing. The realme figure above is the comparison-page snapshot, not a price confirmed by the cited realme product pages.
Display: realme has the higher resolution and refresh rate
Both phones use AMOLED panels. realme lists a 6.8-inch screen with 1280 × 2800 resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, compared with vivo’s 6.77-inch, 2392 × 1080, 120Hz display. On the published specifications, realme offers more pixels and a higher refresh-rate ceiling—useful distinctions for fine detail and supported smoother motion.

The brightness figures are not directly comparable measurements. vivo lists 5,000 nits of local peak brightness; realme lists 1,800 nits HBM and 6,500 nits peak brightness. Peak brightness depends on conditions and does not tell you the sustained brightness you will see across the whole screen in everyday use. Sources: vivo and realme.
Performance and storage: specs do not settle which feels faster
The T4 uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, while the realme 15 uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300+. Both are listed as 4nm octa-core platforms with clocks up to 2.5GHz. vivo advertises an AnTuTu score above 820,000 on its product overview; realme reported 740K for the realme 15 in its July 24, 2025 launch announcement. These are separate manufacturer claims, not scores from a shared controlled test, so they do not prove which phone is faster in real use.

Storage is a clearer paper difference: vivo lists UFS 2.2, while realme lists UFS 3.1. The newer storage specification may benefit some file and app operations, but it does not quantify the overall speed of the phone. RAM and storage configuration also matter when comparing particular listings.
Cameras: same main sensor, different supporting lenses
Both manufacturers list a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with optical image stabilization. The supporting cameras give the phones different options: vivo includes a 2MP bokeh camera, while realme has an 8MP ultra-wide camera for wider scenes. For selfies, vivo lists a 32MP front camera and realme a 50MP front camera.

realme specifies 4K recording at 30fps for both front and rear cameras; its launch announcement also says both support 4K. vivo lists 4K among supported video resolutions, but its captured specifications do not provide the same front-versus-rear detail. More megapixels alone do not establish better photos or video quality: processing, stabilization, lens coverage and performance in different scenes all matter. vivo lists a 7,300mAh typical battery, a 7,170mAh rated capacity and up to 90W FlashCharge. realme lists 7,000mAh typical capacity, 6,830mAh minimum capacity and 80W charging. On those stated figures, vivo has the larger battery and higher maximum charging wattage. Neither capacity nor maximum wattage guarantees longer runtime or faster charging in everyday use, which varies with settings, network activity, temperature and charging conditions. vivo notes that charging power adjusts dynamically and that the T4 includes a vivo standard charger.

Software, durability and practical features
Software and update support
The listed software versions are Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 on vivo and Android 15 with realme UI 6.0 on realme. 91mobiles reports two years of OS updates and three years of security updates for vivo, versus three years of OS updates and four years of security updates for realme. The captured manufacturer specification pages do not confirm those durations, so check each brand’s current official support statement if update longevity is important to your choice.
Durability and connectivity
vivo lists an IP65 rating and cautions that its resistance testing is conducted under controlled laboratory conditions and can diminish with wear. The listed practical features differ: vivo specifies Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, an IR blaster and no NFC; realme lists Wi-Fi 5 / Wi-Fi 6 support, Bluetooth 5.4, dual stereo speakers and a rear infrared remote. Confirm the exact regional SKU and feature availability if a particular connection or accessory control matters.
