Elon Musk reportedly asked Grok 3 users to reply to his X post with any issues they encountered. Google CEO Sundar Pichai replied with congratulations and said he looked forward to trying the model, according to TechJuice’s account of the February 18, 2025 exchange.
What did Musk ask Grok 3 users to report?
TechJuice says Musk asked users to post reports of Grok 3 issues as replies to his X post. The article reproduces his message as: “The @xAI Grok 3 release will improve rapidly every day this week. Please report any issues as a reply to this post.”
In other words, the request was for users to reply directly to that post with problems they found, while xAI worked to improve the release. TechJuice dates the post to February 18, 2025.
What did Sundar Pichai say?
TechJuice reports that Google CEO Sundar Pichai replied: “Congrats on the progress! look forward to trying it out”. His message congratulated Musk on the progress and expressed interest in trying Grok 3; it did not, in the wording reproduced by TechJuice, offer a technical assessment of the model.

What was the reported launch context?
TechJuice said Grok 3 was rolling out to X Premium Plus subscribers and advised users to update the X app. It also reported Musk’s announcement of a separate Super Grok subscription for the Grok app and grok.com. Those are historical claims in the February 2025 article, not confirmation of current access, subscription names, or features.
Which technical claims did the article make?
TechJuice described Grok 3 as offering tenfold processing power compared with its predecessor. It also said xAI’s Colossus supercomputer uses more than 100,000 Nvidia GPU hours to train AI models.
