NADRA announced on January 22, 2026, that a new version of the Pak ID app includes Verification History. In practical terms, the stated scope covers identity checks associated with those methods. The announcement does not specify the exact fields displayed for an individual event or explain how the app identifies the organization or person responsible for a check.
How to find the feature in the app
Media Today reported that the release was Pak ID version 5.4.2 and that users could open Verification History from a dedicated tab in the app menu. Those interface and version details come from that outlet, not from NADRA’s announcement. Media Today’s report was published on January 22, 2026.

NADRA’s announcement invites users to update the app or download it. It does not establish the current app-store version or whether the feature is available on every device or in every territory.

- contains a complete record of every past verification or specifies how long records are kept.
They also do not describe how to challenge a verification or what information appears for each event. These details should not be assumed from the feature’s name or the announcement’s description.
