What Daddy-O does
According to the Fallout Wiki item reference, Daddy-O temporarily grants +3 Intelligence and +3 Perception while reducing Charisma by 2, for eight minutes. Its form ID is 00156D0B. A Fallout 4 loading-screen hint describes it as popular with beatniks and intellectuals before the Great War and says it raises Intelligence and Perception while lowering Charisma for a limited time.
Addiction risk and the reported penalty
The item and addiction references both give a 35% addiction chance per dose. The Fallout Wiki’s addiction entry says addiction is indefinite and causes -1 Intelligence until cured. However, the Daddy-O item page lists both -1 Intelligence and -1 Perception as addiction effects. Because those references conflict on the exact penalty, the specific debuff is not established consistently by the cited pages.
