Its listed components are a Gen6-s pump, copper radiator, expanded CPU cold plate, and three pre-mounted 120mm fans. Asetek advertised support for overclocking up to 500 watts (W) in 2019. This is a manufacturer claim, not an independent thermal test: it does not establish a temperature under a particular workload, safe CPU settings, or superiority over another cooler. Asetek’s legacy-products page repeats the claim but gives no test conditions or comparative results.
Is it compatible with an FCLGA3647 system?
The strongest documented compatibility is with the Intel Xeon W-3175X. Asetek’s approval of that processor should not be taken as a universal compatibility guarantee for FCLGA3647 systems. Socket designation alone does not confirm that a cooler’s retention hardware matches a specific motherboard.

- Confirm with the motherboard and cooler documentation that the board’s FCLGA3647 retention layout matches the 690LX-PN mounting hardware. The available manufacturer specifications do not provide a universal motherboard compatibility list.
- Check the case’s 360mm radiator support and clearance for the radiator, three fans, hoses, memory, and nearby motherboard components. “360mm” identifies the radiator class; the reviewed specifications do not state its precise dimensions or thickness.
Do not assume compatibility with other CPUs or sockets from the radiator size or the product’s general AIO design. The reviewed material does not establish fit for them.
What is known—and not known—about performance
Asetek’s public specifications establish the cooler’s design and its advertised overclocking claim, but they do not provide independent sustained-load thermal results, noise measurements, or comparisons with other coolers. They also do not state radiator thickness, tube length, pump speed, electrical connection details, or expected service life. Those details should not be inferred from typical AIO designs.
A community-maintained AIO information sheet classifies the cooler as a 2019 Asetek Gen 6 model with a 360mm radiator and lists fan identifiers AFC1212DE-7V36 or B35502-35DEL7. Treat those identifiers as leads when investigating replacement fans, not confirmation of fit or availability; check dimensions, connectors, and the actual cooler before ordering. The community-maintained AIO information sheet is a third-party compilation, not a manufacturer compatibility list.

Availability is uncertain. A Japanese specialist retailer listing identifies the cooler for the Xeon W-3175X and marks it discontinued; Intel ARK records the product’s sales start as March 22, 2019, and an update on August 14, 2019, while also marking it discontinued.
