Kamado is the best all-around clan in the current Slayers 2 tier list reviewed for V0.195. Pro Game Guides also ranks Rengoku, Uzui, Shinazugawa, Soyama, and Himejima in S tier, while Tomioka is its leading choice for Water builds. Treat these as editorial recommendations, not official rankings: the clan that best fits your build may be a better keep than a higher-tier name.
Slayers 2 clan tier list
The following shortlist reflects Pro Game Guides’ list updated October 4, 2026 for V0.195. Its author reports that this patch did not directly change the clan order. The placements are judgments about usefulness, not official developer rankings or measured performance results.
| Tier or role | Clans | How to read the recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| S tier | Kamado, Rengoku, Uzui, Shinazugawa, Soyama, Himejima | Kamado is the guide’s all-around pick. The other clans are listed in S tier; choose among them by comparing their current effects with your build. Pro Game Guides’ current tier list. |
| A tier specialist | Tomioka | The guide identifies Tomioka as its leading A-tier choice for Water builds. Pro Game Guides’ current tier list. |
| Other strong specialists | Agatsuma, Iguro, Kocho | These are described as strong specialists; their value depends on whether their effects support your combat style and goals. Pro Game Guides’ current tier list. |
Community tier lists differ on some placements, particularly outside the broad top picks. That variation is a reminder that a tier letter is an editorial summary, not a fixed game statistic. Check the current clan skill text in-game after balance updates.
Which clan should you keep?
Use the tier list as a shortlist, then judge a clan by its effects and your actual setup. A specialist can be more useful than a nominally higher-ranked clan if its bonuses match your faction, combat style, weapons, play mode, and progression goals. The reviewed lists do not establish a universal best choice for every player.
#1 Best Overall
- Punch demons with the power of bands created!
- The battle of Tanjiro Kamado will again unfold …
- Choose Kamado for a broad all-around recommendation: it is the current guide’s top overall pick.
- Consider the other S-tier clans: Rengoku, Uzui, Shinazugawa, Soyama, and Himejima are also recommended, but compare their live effects before deciding.
- For a Water build, consider Tomioka: it is the guide’s top A-tier specialist recommendation.
- Keep a useful specialist: Agatsuma, Iguro, or Kocho may suit your build better than a clan with a higher tier letter whose effects you do not use.
Reported clan rarity chances
Pro Game Guides reports the following rarity-tier chances for Clan Spins. These are chances of rolling a rarity band, not the odds of receiving any particular named clan.
| Rarity tier | Reported chance |
|---|---|
| Common | 60% |
| Uncommon | 23% |
| Rare | 12% |
| Legendary | 4% |
| Mythic | 0.9% |
| Supreme | 0.1% |
These figures are reported by Pro Game Guides’ October 2026 guide; the reviewed sources do not provide developer-published odds or per-clan probabilities. A reported 0.1% Supreme chance therefore does not mean a 0.1% chance of a specific Supreme clan. The live roll interface is the place to check for current odds.

Should you spend a Clan Spin to reroll?
Rerolling uses a Clan Spin through the character customization or Clan roll screen, according to the current guide. Before confirming a roll, compare your clan’s current skills, passives, and stats with the build you intend to play.
- Open the character customization or Clan roll screen and review the available clan information.
- Check the clan’s current skills, passives, and stats against your faction, combat style, weapons, and goals.
- Keep the clan if its effects support your build. Consider a reroll only if you prefer the potential alternatives and are willing to accept an unpredictable result.
Neither rarity nor a tier-list position guarantees that a reroll will improve your character. The reported chances apply to rarity bands, and the reviewed source does not state individual odds for named clans or promise that repeated spins will produce a chosen target.

How current is this list?
Pro Game Guides’ list was updated October 4, 2026 for V0.195 and says that patch did not directly change clan order. Because clan effects and balance can change, treat the list as a dated snapshot: check the live roll interface and current skill descriptions before spending spins. The cited ranking is not a developer tier list, and the sources reviewed do not establish an official clan ranking or official odds table.
