To report a bad Siri AI answer, open the response while it is still visible, reveal Report a Concern—often by touching and holding the answer—then choose a category, review what will be sent, and submit. Apple says reports may help improve its products and services, but it does not promise a reply to an individual report.

How do I report a bad Siri AI answer to Apple?

  1. Bring the Siri AI response back on screen. Apple’s reporting instructions apply while you are viewing the response. If you have closed or dismissed it and it is no longer visible, this reporting flow cannot be used for that answer.
  2. Reveal Report a Concern. Touch and hold the Siri AI response. If the option is not shown, check the More button or Options menu. On Mac, hover over the response to reveal More.
  3. Choose the category that best fits the problem. Apple does not publish the specific category labels in its support instructions, so the choices may differ from examples you have seen elsewhere.
  4. Add context if it helps explain the issue. Keep details relevant to what was wrong with the answer.
  5. Review the report and submit it. Check the information and attachments included, remove anything you do not want to send, then submit the report. Apple says reports are evaluated and may be used to improve products and services, including to train models.

Apple’s official instructions are in Use Report a Concern to share feedback about Apple Intelligence or Siri AI.

Where is Report a Concern in Siri?

The control is associated with the response itself, not a general Siri settings page. It may appear directly or be tucked behind a response menu. For a Siri AI answer, try touching and holding the answer first; if that does not reveal the control, check More or Options. On Mac, hover over the response to expose More.

Can I report a Siri answer after I close it?

Apple’s instructions say to use Report a Concern while the response is visible. If you have dismissed it and cannot bring that response back on screen, Apple does not describe another way to submit a report for it through this feature.

What information does Apple collect when I report a concern?

Apple says a report can include material you provide, such as answers to questions, descriptions, photos, videos, messages, or emails. Before submitting, inspect the report and remove information or attachments you do not want to include. Apple also says it collects the device model, operating-system version, language, and the version of the Apple Intelligence model relevant to the feedback.

Apple Support states that it “doesn’t have access to information about your prompt or the response, or the feedback you provide through Report a Concern.” This describes Support’s access; it should not be read as a claim that no Apple system processes or receives the report.

What to expect after you submit

Apple says it evaluates reports and may use them to improve products and services, for example by training models. Its support article does not promise a personal response, a particular fix, or a processing time for an individual report.

Apple also notes that “Siri AI is currently in beta,” that output quality may vary, and that users should check answers for appropriateness and accuracy. The support article provides no measured error rate or accuracy benchmark.
