Where to find the Records Room keypad

Where to find the code clue
If you want to locate the clue first, head upstairs to the Office near the Private Ward. Look at the board to the left of the computer. All Things How quotes the note as “New record room code: 2605.” You can enter the code without reading the note first.
What is inside the Records Room?
Search the cabinet inside to find Hydroxalene 3mg, one of the three medicines needed for a later infusion puzzle.

Make sure you are using the right keypad
This is the Records Room lock in Part 3, not the separate clinic keypad puzzle in Part 1. If 2605 does not match the door you are facing, check that you are at the ground-floor Records Room in Chapman Ward.
