Apple says Game Mode is available on iPhone with iOS 18 or later and iPad with iPadOS 18 or later, when the game is supported. Apple describes its general behavior this way: “Game Mode optimizes your gaming experience by giving your game the highest priority access to your CPU and GPU, lowering usage for background tasks.” That may help make frame rates more consistent and improve responsiveness, but it is not a measured result for Mobile Legends on every iPhone or iPad. Apple also says Game Mode doubles the Bluetooth sampling rate for compatible wireless accessories, which can reduce input and audio latency. This applies only when the device, game, and accessory support the feature; it does not guarantee a particular latency in a match.
Balance frame rate, graphics, heat, and battery
Choose a stable frame-rate option first
In the game’s current settings, start with a frame-rate choice that remains smooth during play. If the game provides multiple choices, compare them in actual matches on your device: a higher setting is useful only if performance stays consistent. No official source reviewed confirms a specific FPS target or which options appear on particular iPhone and iPad models.

Adjust visual detail to suit your device
After choosing a stable frame-rate option, adjust visual detail. If you notice inconsistent performance or the device becomes uncomfortably warm, try reducing graphics detail or other demanding visual effects. If play remains smooth and heat is manageable, you can decide whether higher detail is worth the trade-off. These are practical tuning steps, not an official MLBB preset or tested device-specific results.
Apple’s developer guidance explains the general reason for this approach: games may need to adapt rendering resolution, frame rate, and visual detail to hardware capabilities and power conditions. Understand Low Power Mode’s possible effect
There is no basis here for saying Low Power Mode always harms MLBB performance or that turning it off always improves it. Apple documents that games may detect Low Power Mode and respond by lowering rendering resolution, limiting frame rate, or using less detailed assets to save energy. That describes possible game behavior, not confirmed behavior for Mobile Legends. If play looks or feels different with Low Power Mode enabled, compare your experience with it on and off, while keeping other settings as similar as possible.
