What LEGO Builder offers for The Shire set
LEGO identifies The Shire, model 10354, as a 2,017-piece adult set and confirms that Builder includes a digital version of its printed instructions. You can use the app’s step-by-step directions instead of, or alongside, the paper booklet. LEGO’s US product listing for The Shire

How the 3D view can help you follow a step
LEGO System A/S’s official Google Play listing describes Builder as providing step-by-step instructions and a 3D building view that you can zoom and rotate. These controls can help you inspect a section from another angle when a flat instruction image is difficult to interpret. The listing documents the app’s features, not a measured improvement in speed or accuracy for set 10354. LEGO Builder on Google Play

Printed instructions, digital instructions, or both?
LEGO confirms availability of both the printed instructions and a digital version in Builder. Use whichever format is clearest for a particular step: paper gives you a fixed page to reference, while the app’s 3D view lets you change the viewing angle. The app is an option, not a stated requirement for building the set. LEGO US product listing LEGO UK product listing
