What to check when reading an ownership figure
- Look for the date. The percentages cited here are a March 31, 2025 snapshot, not a real-time feed.
- Distinguish a named holder from a beneficial owner. Trust and custody account names do not disclose the ultimate investors or voting instructions.
- Check the denominator. Fujifilm excludes treasury shares when calculating major-holder ratios.
- Separate parent and subsidiary. FUJIFILM Holdings owns operating companies in its group; those subsidiaries are not owners of FUJIFILM Holdings.
