Spoilers: This chapter-by-chapter checklist names areas, discoveries, and some puzzle-related items. PowerPyx’s location guide lists 85 total Clues and Documents across six parts of Silent Hill: Townfall. Clues provide puzzle information; Documents add optional story material. Both count toward the in-game “Discoveries Found” statistic. The guide says that finding them all unlocks the Observation and Thorough Inspection trophy/achievement, and that discoveries contribute to the main ending. It does not identify a numeric reward threshold or say discoveries alone determine the ending. The locations below follow the guide’s chapter order. Source: PowerPyx, September 21, 2026.

How collection relates to discoveries and the ending

PowerPyx distinguishes Clues, which provide specific puzzle-solution information, from Documents, which contain optional story information. Both are included in “Discoveries Found.” The guide says that this statistic contributes to the main ending, so discoveries matter beyond completion tracking; it does not establish that collecting all 85 is the sole ending condition. It associates a complete collection with the Observation and Thorough Inspection trophy/achievement but gives no percentage or lower threshold for either reward. PowerPyx’s location guide.
