The BOSGAME M6 HX370 delivered competitive results in several multi-core Linux workloads and 1080p video encoding in LinuxLinks’ testing, while its Radeon 890M handled many 1080p games with exceptions. Those findings apply to one 32GB/1TB configuration under a performance-focused Linux test setup—not every M6 configuration or everyday operating conditions. The published text available for review does not provide reliable numeric scores for the Linux CPU charts or the memory and storage tests, so this is a qualitative comparison rather than a complete score table.
What was tested
LinuxLinks published its review on December 15, 2025, testing a BOSGAME M6 HX370 AI PC with 32GB of RAM and a 1TB NVMe drive. Its comparison set included six mini PCs and two desktop systems. The closest platform comparison was the Minisforum AI X1 Pro, which also uses the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and Radeon 890M.
For its CPU suite, LinuxLinks says the systems used the same software and were configured for consistency. It disabled power-management functionality for benchmarks, enabled BIOS Performance Mode where available, used the performance governor, and minimized background processes. Graphics tests retained the relevant graphical environment. This approach emphasizes performance; it is not a measurement of energy efficiency or a guarantee of results in a quiet, everyday desktop setup.
How the M6 performed in CPU benchmarks
The report ran smallpt, parallel pbzip2 compression of a Linux kernel source archive, OpenSSL RSA4096 signing and verification, x265 video encoding at 1080p and 4K, Coremark, and single-core Crafty chess. Most tests used Phoronix Test Suite. The accessible report text describes relative outcomes but does not expose dependable chart values, so the comparisons below should be read as the reviewer’s findings rather than a ranking based on reproduced scores.

Multi-core workloads
LinuxLinks found the M6 broadly comparable to the other HX 370 mini PC in some multi-threaded tests. The M6 completed smallpt comparably to that peer and faster than the other listed competitors; its pbzip2 result was described as comparable. These outcomes suggest capable multi-core performance in those specific workloads, not a win in every CPU task.
Video encoding
Against the Minisforum AI X1 Pro, LinuxLinks reported an M6 advantage in 1080p x265 encoding and no difference in 4K encoding. That distinction matters: the reported lead was limited to one resolution and workload, and does not establish a general encoding advantage.

Single-core performance
The M6 fared comparatively less well in the single-core Crafty chess benchmark. Its stronger showing in selected multi-threaded tests therefore should not be taken as evidence that it leads in lightly threaded work.
Radeon 890M graphics and 1080p gaming
LinuxLinks tested the integrated Radeon 890M with Unigine Valley and glmark2. The reviewer described the Unigine result as decent and the glmark2 score as impressive. The report also estimates that most modern games can exceed 60 FPS at 1080p, while naming Hogwarts Legacy as an exception. This is the reviewer’s broad estimate, not a guarantee for every game: frame rates depend on the title, graphics settings, and other test conditions, which are not all available in the published text.

The review reports that the test machine’s iGPU memory allocation was fixed at slightly more than 4GB and could not be changed in BIOS. That is a reported characteristic of the tested unit, not a general memory-performance result; the report’s accessible text does not provide the numeric memory or storage benchmark results.

BOSGAME lists the M6 configuration with a Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, Radeon 890M, 32GB DDR5-5600 memory, and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. The product page specifies a 12-core, 24-thread processor with boost speeds up to 5.1GHz, 24MB of L3 cache, and configurable 45–65W TDP; it also advertises four-display output.

BOSGAME advertises a Cinebench R23 multi-core score of 22,746. That is the manufacturer’s published claim; the product page does not specify the test date or configuration for that score, and LinuxLinks did not independently reproduce it in the accessible report. AMD’s general Ryzen AI 300 series results likewise should not be substituted for M6 benchmarks: AMD’s published material describes configured laptops tested under different conditions.
How to use these results when comparing mini PCs
The LinuxLinks comparison is useful for seeing how two HX 370 mini PCs behaved in the same review suite, but its results are specific to the tested systems and performance-oriented setup. TechRadar’s review of the related BeyondMax M6 variant discusses upgradeability, OCuLink, and dual 2.5GbE as flexibility features; because it concerns a related variant, verify the exact model and configuration before assuming those features are present on the tested BOSGAME M6.
