To open the Medical Centre route in Silent Hill: Townfall, read the Medical Security Note on the security-booth window, then use the nearby phone booth. Dial 496 0556 and choose 3 → 2 → 2 → 1.
How to complete the Medical Centre security call
- Reach the Medical Centre as Zoe. Progress through the Community Gardens and Mr. Stewart’s house sections in Part 2 until you reach the Medical Centre perimeter.
- Inspect the Medical Security Note. Read the note on the security-booth window outside the Medical Centre before dialing.
- Use the nearby phone booth. Enter 496 0556.
- Select the menu options in order: 3, then 2, then 2, then 1.
- Continue through the compound. The call opens the Medical Centre compound route. Enter from the rear parking area, then press the button beside the telephone in the office to open the inner gates.
Don’t confuse this with the later Dr. Glenn call
The security call is 496 0556; it opens access to the Medical Centre during Zoe’s Part 2 section. Later, after the medication infusion in the patient sequence, Dr. Glenn gives Zoe 5353, the Hospital Storage number. Calling it from reception opens the basement supply route, where Zoe can collect the Medical Intubation Kit. 5353 is not the answer to the Medical Centre security puzzle.
