In Warline: Sniper Strike, Alliances reportedly unlock after you complete City-16. Once available, the feature offers cooperative gifts, territory bonuses, Alliance Tech, a token shop, and the ranked Marksmen Challenge. The exact unlock and reward rules below come from the third-party BlueStacks Alliance guide; check the live game screens before spending resources or relying on specific values, because official update notes show that alliance features can change.
How do you unlock Alliances?
BlueStacks says to complete City-16 to unlock Alliances. It estimates that regular play may get a player there in about 30 minutes, but does not specify the assumptions behind that estimate, so treat it as an informal guide rather than a promised time. The UK App Store listing confirms ongoing updates but does not independently verify the City-16 requirement.
What can Alliance members earn?
Alliance Gifts
BlueStacks describes two gift types. Common Gifts can accumulate when alliance members defeat Raven sites together. Special Gifts are sent to members after any member makes an in-game purchase. Gifts may contain Silver, Gold, or VIP points; the guide gives no guaranteed quantity or earning rate.
Alliance Territory
Capturing territory can provide production bonuses and sometimes direct resources, according to BlueStacks. Its example is a Village outpost that adds 5% Steel production per outpost. The guide says larger alliances and higher alliance levels can enable more captures and stacked bonuses. Treat the percentage and capture rules as guide-reported examples, not guaranteed current values.

Alliance Depot
The Depot is a shop where members exchange Alliance Tokens. BlueStacks lists Legendary honor tokens, Aide Recruit tickets, Officer tokens, Combat chips, Drone Mod Crates, timed Barrier Defenses, and Tactical Relocators. It reports a daily refresh; check the current Depot for available items and refresh timing.
How does the Marksmen Challenge work?
BlueStacks describes the Marksmen Challenge as a ranked Alliance activity. Hitting targets earns points, while eliminating all threats earns a larger points increase. The guide also lists wild animals, police officers, and tanks as targets that can award points; hitting a hostage deducts points. Daily rankings total members’ points, after which rewards are distributed. The exact scoring and reward rules should be confirmed in the current event interface.

How do Alliance Tech donations work?
Members can donate Energy or Gold toward an Alliance Tech EXP bar. BlueStacks reports that a donation normally awards 50 Alliance Tech EXP and 50 Alliance Contribution, with critical outcomes able to raise the amount. Once the bar is full, the Alliance Leader or a level-4 member can start research.
The guide gives the following donation mechanics, all of which are subject to change:

- Gold donations have no stated count limit. The first daily Gold donation reportedly costs 2 Gold; each later donation increases the cost by 2 Gold, up to 50 Gold.
These specific probabilities, awards, and costs come from BlueStacks, not an official rules page. Check the donation screen before committing Energy or Gold.

The UK App Store listing includes dated update notes for alliance-related changes. Its version 1.2.178 entry, dated August 7 with no year specified in the returned listing excerpt, describes a Tactical Rivalry participation threshold of 10 members. The version 1.3.0 notes mention changes to Marksmen Challenge and Alliance Gifts; the listing labels version 1.3.01 as dated September 16, but the excerpt does not state the year. These notes show that alliance systems can be revised, but do not establish whether the BlueStacks guide’s unlock, scoring, rewards, or donation figures remain current.
