Keep moving through the fire attacks
The fight revolves around fire attacks and hazards in the arena. Move around hazardous areas rather than staying in one spot, and use the pauses after attack sequences to deal damage. Avoid committing to a long attack while standing in danger. No single arena position is established as consistently safe.
Stop the healing phase by destroying the sacs
When four sacs appear, shift your focus away from The Deserter and destroy every sac. They restore the boss’s health while active; once they are gone, resume attacking the boss. Attacking The Deserter while leaving the sacs intact allows that recovery to continue.
