Specifications are drawn from realme’s P4x product page, OnePlus’s N6x product page and the 91mobiles comparison. OnePlus confirms the N6x’s screen size and refresh rate; the HD+ resolution and 15W charging figures above are from the comparison listing.
Which phone has the better display?
The P4x has the clearer specification advantage for resolution and refresh rate: its 6.72-inch screen is FHD+ and 144Hz, while the N6x’s slightly larger 6.8-inch screen is HD+ and 120Hz. A higher resolution can show more detail, and a higher refresh rate can make supported motion appear smoother. The OnePlus screen is larger by 0.08 inch, but size alone does not make it sharper.
Realme lists 1,000 nits peak brightness for the P4x. No directly comparable N6x brightness figure is established here, so that number should not be treated as proof of a measured brightness advantage under identical conditions.

Performance, cameras and charging
Chipset
The P4x’s Dimensity 7400 Ultra is positioned above the N6x’s Dimensity 6360 Apex in the listed specifications, favoring the realme on paper. Realme also advertises a score of 780,000+ on AnTuTu; that is a manufacturer claim, not an independent, like-for-like test of these two phones. It does not establish how either device performs in a specific game or workload.
Cameras
The comparison lists a 50MP primary and 2MP monochrome rear camera for the P4x, versus a 13MP primary camera for the N6x. It lists 8MP and 5MP front cameras respectively. These are resolution figures, not evidence of better photos: sensor characteristics, image processing and shooting conditions matter, and no verified head-to-head camera test is established here.
Rank #2
Battery and charging
Both phones are listed in the 7000mAh battery class, but that does not establish equal battery life. The P4x lists 45W charging, compared with 15W for the N6x in the 91mobiles comparison, giving realme the advantage in stated charging rate.
OnePlus says the N6x can provide up to 2.5 days on one charge, based on OnePlus Test Lab results. The company qualifies that estimate: actual battery life varies with environment, network, apps, usage and device condition. It is not a direct battery-life comparison with the P4x.

Price difference in India
On October 4, 2026, the 91mobiles comparison displayed the realme P4x at ₹22,999 at Flipkart and the OnePlus N6x 5G at ₹20,999 at Amazon—a ₹2,000 lower displayed price for the OnePlus. These were listings at different retailers, not guaranteed or fixed prices, and the listed configurations may differ.
Before buying, check the exact RAM and storage variant, seller, stock, exchange conditions and final checkout total. OnePlus describes N6x 64GB and 128GB storage options; the comparison shows 128GB for the P4x while realme also promotes higher configurations. Compare like-for-like variants rather than relying on a headline price.

Which one should you buy?
Choose the realme P4x 5G if
- You want the higher stated display resolution and refresh rate.
- You prefer the P4x’s chipset positioning and higher listed camera resolutions.
- Faster listed charging matters to you.
- You find a suitable P4x configuration at a competitive final price.
Consider the OnePlus N6x 5G if
- You prefer a slightly larger display.
- The N6x is still cheaper after checking the same storage tier and final checkout price.
- You specifically prefer OnePlus and OxygenOS.
This is a specification-based recommendation, not a hands-on verdict. OnePlus’s fluency figures are also company test-lab claims: it states 48 months for the 4GB+128GB N6x and 36 months for the 4GB+64GB model, while noting that they do not guarantee absolutely no lag. Check current regional software and support terms before making a long-term ownership decision.
