The Motorola Edge 60 Pro has the stronger listed platform, a higher-resolution display, a dedicated 3× telephoto camera and wireless charging; the vivo V60e lists a larger battery and a 200MP main camera. On the official India pages checked in 2026, Motorola displayed ₹33,999 but marked the phone out of stock, while vivo listed its 12GB/256GB V60e at ₹38,999. That is a ₹5,000 displayed difference, not a confirmed checkout-price comparison.

India price difference: what the official pages show

Motorola’s India product page displayed the Edge 60 Pro at ₹33,999 against an MRP of ₹40,999, but marked it currently out of stock. The page shows multiple configurations, and the displayed price may depend on variant or offer. Vivo’s official shop listed the V60e in 12GB/256GB at ₹38,999. On those page snapshots, vivo’s listing is ₹5,000 higher; the Motorola figure is not necessarily actionable while the phone is out of stock. Motorola Edge 60 Pro India listing; vivo V60e 12GB/256GB shop listing.

These are manufacturer-page snapshots accessed in 2026, not guaranteed transaction prices. The Motorola price is not tied clearly to a single configuration in the page details; compare the exact SKU and current checkout total before deciding. Stock, retailer pricing, bank offers and exchange discounts can change the amount.

Performance and storage: Motorola’s listed hardware is higher-tier

The Edge 60 Pro lists a Dimensity 8350 Extreme, Mali-G615 MC6 GPU and LPDDR5X memory; vivo lists a Dimensity 7360-Turbo, Mali-G615 MC2 and LPDDR4X. On specifications alone, Motorola has the higher-tier platform and newer listed memory generation. That does not establish a measured speed, gaming or efficiency advantage: no matched independent benchmark is available here.

Storage also differs by configuration. Motorola describes up to 512GB UFS 4.0, while vivo lists 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2. Because the Edge 60 Pro page’s selector and detailed RAM section do not align perfectly, confirm the precise Motorola SKU and its price rather than assuming every configuration is available at the displayed offer.

Display: larger vivo screen, sharper Motorola resolution

Vivo lists a 6.77-inch display, slightly larger diagonally than Motorola’s 6.7 inches. Motorola lists 2712 × 1220 pixels compared with vivo’s 2392 × 1080, so it has the higher stated resolution. Both list refresh rates up to 120Hz. The brightness figures—Motorola’s peak and HBM values versus vivo’s local peak value—use different measurement labels, so they should not be treated as a like-for-like brightness test.

Cameras: optical zoom versus a 200MP main sensor

Motorola’s rear-camera specification is more varied: a main camera with OIS, an autofocus ultrawide that also supports macro, and a dedicated 10MP telephoto with OIS and 3× optical zoom. Vivo lists a 200MP OIS main camera and an 8MP ultrawide, without a dedicated telephoto in the listed rear setup. The vivo front camera specifies autofocus; both front cameras are listed at 50MP and f/2.0.

Choose based on the camera types you expect to use, not the largest megapixel number. Pixel count and camera count alone do not establish image quality, and these specifications are not a substitute for matched photo testing.

Battery and charging: capacity against wireless charging

Vivo lists a 6500mAh typical battery (6330mAh rated), 500mAh more typical capacity than Motorola’s listed 6000mAh. Both list wired charging up to 90W. Motorola also lists 15W wireless charging and 5W wired reverse power sharing; vivo does not support wireless charging. Capacity figures are manufacturer specifications, not battery-life measurements, and charging speed can vary with conditions.

Software support and durability

Motorola explicitly lists three OS upgrades and four years of security maintenance releases for the Edge 60 Pro. Vivo’s consulted parameter entry lists Android 15 but does not state an update-duration promise, so the available information does not support treating their update commitments as equal. Check vivo’s current published policy if update lifespan is a deciding factor.

Both brands list IP68/IP69 protection for their India-market phones. Motorola additionally lists MIL-STD-810H certification and Gorilla Glass 7i; vivo’s parameter page describes a plastic-composite back. Protection ratings do not make either phone immune to damage, and warranty terms for liquid or impact damage should be checked separately.

Which phone should you buy?

Choose the Motorola Edge 60 Pro if

  • You value its listed Dimensity 8350 Extreme platform and LPDDR5X memory.
  • You want a dedicated 3× optical telephoto, or prefer its higher-resolution display specification.
  • Wireless charging is important, or you want the stated OS-upgrade and security-maintenance commitments.

Choose the vivo V60e if

  • You prioritize its larger listed typical battery capacity or slightly larger display.
  • You prefer a main-camera specification built around a 200MP OIS sensor.
  • The exact 12GB/256GB shop listing fits your needs and its current price is acceptable.

Before buying either, compare the same storage tier where possible, confirm the local SKU and its total checkout price, and verify availability. The price snapshots above do not establish which phone is cheaper when both are in stock at the same retailer.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
