Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errorsIf Soul Strike: Idle RPG crashes, lags, or gets stuck loading, check the official app listing for an available update, then report the problem to Com2uS Holdings through its official support request form. The available official information does not establish a universal fix or diagnose whether a particular problem is caused by the game, device, or network.
Start with the official support route
Com2uS Holdings directs players reporting crashes and lag to its support team. Use the Com2uS Holdings support request form. Android players can also use the support contact details shown on the game’s Google Play listing; that listing includes help@com2us.com and a publisher phone number. No available source establishes that one route gets a faster response than another.
The developer’s App Store response to a player who reported crashing and lagging was: “We’re very sorry to hear that you’re having problems with the game. We’d love to help, so please contact our support team at https://customer.withhive.com/com2usholdings/ask for further assistance.”
What to include in a support report
To make the problem easier to understand, describe what happens and provide these details where available. This is a practical checklist, not a published Com2uS requirement.

Check the official listing for an update
Open the official App Store or Google Play listing for your platform and check whether an update is available. Store update information can vary by region, device, and time; the accessed Google Play listing displayed an update date of 24 August 2026, which is a page snapshot rather than confirmation of the latest version everywhere. An update may be worth checking, but the listing history does not show that updating resolves any particular crash or loading failure.
For iPhone and iPad, Apple’s US listing identifies the title as Soul Strike: Idle RPG and states an iOS 15.0-or-later requirement. Requirements can change, so check the current App Store listing for your region and device.

Do not assume a connection message identifies the cause
One App Store reviewer described the game displaying a poor-connection message, lagging until it became unplayable, and then crashing at startup. That is an individual report, not proof that the player’s internet connection caused the crash or that the same cause applies to other players. Store reviews can show the symptoms players encounter, but they do not diagnose them.
The App Store listing also uses the promotional phrase “8x Faster Loading!” That wording is not a documented benchmark, an independently measured statistic, or a guarantee that a current loading problem has been fixed.
