Best Soul Strike characters in version 3.2.6
Pocket Gamer’s October 4, 2026 tier list places the following characters in S tier. Its author says the rankings draw on personal experience and community information, and cautions that no tier list is absolute. Treat this as a dated shortlist, not a promise that every character will be best for every player or team.

The tier-list author describes S-tier characters as performing well through later stages. A-tier characters are presented as more dependent on team synergy, while still potentially useful as supports or damage dealers. Those descriptions are the author’s judgments, not universal or independently tested results. Check the roster and spellings in your game, since characters and rankings can change.
How to choose a character for your team
Use the tier list to identify candidates, then compare what each character does with what your team needs. The tier list supports four useful comparison points: abilities and role, element, team synergy, and the stage of the game you are tackling. It does not establish detailed rankings for individual modes.

Compare abilities and roles
Charlotte is an example of a damage dealer with area damage, an ability to reduce enemy Earth resistance, and some healing through King Slime. Felino is described as reducing enemy defense with a curse that transfers when an enemy dies, as well as dealing bleed damage over time. These kits offer different benefits; which one matters more depends on your team and encounter.
Check element, synergy, and progression stage
- Element: Consider the character’s listed element alongside the enemies and team you are using.
- Synergy: Look for abilities that complement your existing characters. A character ranked below S can still fit a team well.
- Progression: The tier-list author’s description distinguishes later-stage performance from characters that rely more on synergy. Use that as context rather than assuming the same lineup is optimal throughout the game.
How to get companions
Summons and event rewards are documented ways the game has offered companions, but the examples below come from an older update. They show what has been available before; they do not confirm that a ticket, banner, or character is available on October 4, 2026. Check the current in-game event page or official notices for availability in your region.
Attendance rewards and selection tickets
A Com2uS Holdings update described a seven-day Hyper Burning attendance event that included a “Master PICK!” random companion summon ticket and a Mythic companion selection ticket. The Mythic ticket was tied to companions selected by community voting. The update also described a customizable pickup summon where players selected three desired companions. Collaboration pickup summons
The same update said that collaboration companions, skills, and relics from Zenonia and Summoners War were available again through pickup summons. Named examples included Zenonia’s Legrid and Summoners War companions Artamiel, Vanessa, Anabel, and Tiana. This records a rerun at that time, not a guarantee that any of those characters or banners can be obtained now.

The cited sources do not establish companion level-up steps, promotion or awakening mechanics, material requirements, costs, optimal resource priorities, or whether upgrade systems vary by character.
