Spoilers: In Zoe’s Chapter 5 section, enter 1993 for the Community Gardens shed, then call 496 0556 from the phone booth outside the Medical Centre and choose 3 → 2 → 2 → 1. The phone number and menu choices are separate. The Human Organ Box answer is included below as a related puzzle from before Zoe becomes playable.
Community Gardens shed code: 1993
In the Community Gardens, inspect the flower bed marked with Jane Chalmers’ name. The year shown there, 1993, opens the shed.
Take the Community Garden Key from the shelf inside the shed and use it on the garden gate to continue.
Medical Centre phone number and menu choices
- Outside the Medical Centre, inspect the paper on the security booth window to find the Medical Security Note.
- Go to the phone booth and call 496 0556.
- When prompted by the automated menu, select 3, then 2, then 2, then 1.
The number to call is 496 0556; 3-2-2-1 is the sequence of menu selections, not another phone number.

- Experienced entirely in first person, explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.
- SILENT HILL: Townfall is a full-length, self-contained psychological horror set against the cold, isolated backdrop of Scotland, 1996
Related puzzle before Zoe’s section: Human Organ Box
The Human Organ Box appears in Zoe’s house before control shifts to Zoe, so it is not one of the puzzles in her playable Chapter 5 rounds. Use the ET number on the Organ Transplant Card to set the dials: 956 on the left and 133 on the right. Solving it provides Zoe’s Lanyard.
Chapter 5 and Chapter 6: who you control
Zoe is playable in Chapter 5, “Zoe: Rounds.” Chapter 6, “Journey to Medical,” returns control to Simon. In that chapter, answering “Yes” to take the Pistol from the Town Square box triggers the changed-town sequence; use the Scalpel at the blocked Flemington Street doorway to open the onward route.

Optional trophy caution
Townfall Guide warns that pursuing “Save It For The Patients” requires finishing Zoe’s chapter without using a healing item, and that the failure is silent. This is the walkthrough’s account of the trophy condition, not an independently verified test. If you are pursuing it, avoid using healing items during Zoe’s section.
