In Silent Hill: Townfall Part 1, “Arrival,” the reported solutions are 18 January 1996 for the Room 204 date dial, 956 and 133 for the Human Organ Box, 6539 for the pharmacy locker, and specific object placements for the clinic scales. The organ box also requires restored power. These are unofficial launch-window guide answers, so use the in-game clues to verify any input that does not work in your playthrough.
Part 1 puzzle answers at a glance
| Puzzle | Reported solution | What it unlocks or requires |
|---|---|---|
| Hallane Hotel Room 204 date dial | 18 January 1996 | The date entry yields a key for Room 204. |
| Electricard and house power | Insert the Electricard, press A until the display reads “Credit £5.00,” press B, then pull the master switch. | Restore power before opening the electronic organ box. |
| Human Organ Box | Left: 956. Right: 133. | Read the computer emails and obtain the Organ Transplant Card; power must be restored. |
| Pharmacy locker | 6539 | Requires the Scalpel from the clinic to enter the pharmacy. |
| Shorefront Clinic scales | Left: Broken Stethoscope. Middle: Prescription Dosage Error Note. Right: Zoe’s Lanyard. | Find all three objects during the chapter. |
The Room 204 date is reported as an answer from one playthrough, and the Electricard credit value 311 mentioned by one walkthrough is likewise a single-playthrough observation—not a confirmed universal code. The sequence above uses the display target described by the puzzle index rather than treating 311 as a fixed input. If a reported answer fails, inspect the relevant clue or note in your own game.
How to solve the Room 204 date dial
Reported answer: 18 January 1996
Enter 18 January 1996 on the date dial. This produces a key for Room 204 at the Hallane Hotel; it does not directly unlock the hotel room door. The Arrival walkthrough describes this value as an example from one playthrough, so treat it as a reported solution rather than an official universal code. Source: Part 1 walkthrough; puzzle index.
Restore power and open the Human Organ Box
Set the Electricard credit and switch on power
- Insert the Electricard into the power unit.
- Press A until the display reads Credit £5.00.
- Press B.
- Pull the master switch.
One walkthrough notes a credit value of 311 in its own playthrough, but does not establish that number as a universal code. Follow the display target and use the in-game clue if the machine behaves differently. Puzzle index; Arrival walkthrough.

- Experienced entirely in first person, explore, evade, and survive using a limited set of weapons and tools, including a pocket television used to tune into unstable signals. Evasion is tense; combat is frenetic, while narrative driven puzzles reveal a truth that refuses to stay submerged.

Enter the organ-box codes
With power restored, and after reading the computer emails and obtaining the Organ Transplant Card, enter 956 on the left and 133 on the right. The power requirement and electronic codes are separate parts of this puzzle: having the numbers alone is not enough if the box has no power. Puzzle index.
Get into the pharmacy and open the locker
Follow the clinic-to-pharmacy sequence
- Use Zoe’s Lanyard to enter the clinic.
- Take the Scalpel from the clinic.
- Use the Scalpel at the pharmacy entrance.
- Tune the CRTV to the broadcast that gives the order for the numbered posters.
- Use that poster order to enter 6539 on the rusty locker.
The locker contains the Prescription Dosage Error note needed for the scales. The code applies to this locker after the pharmacy is accessible; it is not the pharmacy entrance code. Pharmacy locker guide.

Arrival begins with Simon landing at St. Amelia and ends when the story sends him back to the Main Street pharmacy. The CRTV is a pocket television that Simon tunes to find unstable signals; confirmed signals are stored and can aid navigation or evasion. A signal may not appear on every pass through a location, according to the Arrival walkthrough. The game’s official description also frames the CRTV as a signal-tuning tool within exploration, evasion, survival, and puzzle-solving. KONAMI product page; Arrival walkthrough.

The puzzles are intended to connect to the setting and story rather than sit apart from them. Jon McKellan, Writer & Director at Screen Burn Interactive, said: “Each puzzle has been designed while writing the story, so rather than a separate, unconnected gameplay layer, they’re grounded in the world you’re exploring and contextual to it and the town’s inhabitants.” PlayStation.Blog, June 2, 2026.
Silent Hill: Townfall is listed by KONAMI for PS5 and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, with a September 24, 2026 release date on its European product page. The official page describes it as a first-person psychological horror game set in Scotland in 1996. KONAMI product page.
