To open Hostinger Ecommerce’s Store Manager, sign in to the Hostinger dashboard, select Ecommerce under Hostinger apps, find the relevant store, and click Manage. The Store Manager opens with the Overview page; use the left sidebar to reach orders, analytics, products, and settings. On mobile, store-management actions are in the top-right menu.
Open the Store Manager for the right store
- In the main Hostinger dashboard, select Ecommerce under Hostinger apps.
- Find the store you want in the plans view and click Manage on its row.
The list can show the plan name, connected sales channels, expiry date, and status. Each Manage button opens the Store Manager for that store. Hostinger’s navigation guide describes it as the admin area for a single store.
Use Overview to orient yourself
Overview is the landing page after you open a store. Its setup checklist covers five tasks: add a product, connect or review a payment method, set up shipping, add business information, and share the store.
The performance widget and recent-orders list have a Currently viewing selector. It defaults to all sales channels, but you can select a particular channel. The widget shows Sales, Orders, and Average order value, with daily sparklines and comparison badges. Hostinger says recent changes can take up to five minutes to appear in Overview analytics.

Choose a destination by task

Find and update an order
Open Orders to work with transactions across your sales channels. Search or narrow the list with filters such as fulfillment or payment status, date, product type, shipping method, country, notes, order or cart ID, title, SKU, and discount.
Select an order to open its details. The page places the items and timeline on the left, with payment and customer information on the right. Use the available row actions or detail-page controls to review or update the order. To take the order data elsewhere, use the CSV export option. Read Sales and Traffic analytics correctly
In Analytics, choose Sales or Traffic, then set the date range, comparison, and any applicable filters. Sales reporting focuses on store results and includes sales, orders, average order value, and breakdowns by channel, product, and discount.
Traffic reporting focuses on visits and visitor origins, including channel, country, and device views. Hostinger says Traffic updates once a day, so visits from today appear tomorrow. TikTok Shop, Meta, and custom channels do not share traffic data with this Traffic tab; Sales can still report sales across connected channels. For details, see Hostinger’s Analytics guide.

Manage customers, products, and channels
Customers
Customer records appear after the first purchase. The Customers area includes email, order count, total spend, and marketing-consent status, with sorting, filtering, and CSV export. You can collect marketing consent at checkout.
Products
In Products, search and filter by sales channel, category, product status, or inventory status. The area also supports adding products and managing categories and reviews. Product visibility can differ by channel, and available options depend on your plan and connected channels.

Sales channels
Use Sales channels to review connected channels, their status, and management shortcuts. Select Add sales channel to connect an available option. Hostinger lists Quick link, AI Builder, Custom sales channel, Payment Link, and WordPress as connection methods; availability can depend on the plan and product status. Its product overview describes the product and plan boundaries.

Settings separates configuration into pages for store identity and region, Payments, Shipping, Checkout, Taxes, Invoices, and email. Shipping zones define countries and rates. Checkout settings include policy links and optional marketing-consent or custom fields. Invoice edits apply to future invoices.

Choose your currency and business location before connecting a payment provider. Hostinger’s settings guidance says that if you need to change either later, you must disconnect the provider first. The account profile language informs the admin and checkout language; when no language is saved, the default region may be inferred from the language setting or IP address. Hostinger also says Ecommerce does not currently support multiple currencies or multiple languages. See Hostinger’s store-settings guide.
Know which features your account includes
Store Manager options can vary with the plan and enabled features. Hostinger describes standalone Ecommerce as one subscription for one store. Existing hosting plans that included Ecommerce continue to work with one sales channel, while new Unlimited or Cloud subscriptions no longer include Ecommerce. Because plan terms and feature availability can change, check the current details for your subscription in the dashboard.
Other sidebar destinations include Subscriptions, Appointments, Discounts, Email marketing, and Integrations. They lead to the corresponding store features; what appears depends on enabled features and account setup. Hostinger specifically points to Email marketing for the marketing dashboard and Integrations for connected tools such as shipping-label integration.
