Which phone has the better camera setup?
Nothing Phone (4a): a stated optical-zoom advantage
Nothing describes Phone (4a) as having three rear cameras, including a periscope camera with 3.5x optical zoom. The reproduced India launch report gives the Redmi Turbo 5 a 7,540 mAh battery and 100 W wired charging. Treat these as reported launch specifications for India, not independently verified measurements.
Nothing Phone (4a)
Nothing lists a 5,080 mAh battery generally and 5,400 mAh for India, alongside 50 W fast charging. The regional capacity distinction matters when comparing models sold in India with those sold elsewhere.

Nothing Support says Phone (4a) runs Nothing OS 4.1 with Android 16. For the Redmi Turbo 5, the reproduced launch report says Android 16-based HyperOS 3 and reports a four-year OS and six-year security promise. The cited Redmi source is a reproduction of a launch report rather than an official support-policy page, so verify the commitment with Xiaomi for your market before treating it as a purchase guarantee.

There is no single definitive price difference in the available figures: they refer to different dates, configurations, and types of price. In India, the reproduced Redmi launch report gives historical prices of ₹37,999 for 8 GB RAM/256 GB storage and ₹40,999 for 12 GB/256 GB; it also mentions a possible card discount. Nothing’s community announcement lists Phone (4a) launch prices by market and configuration. Separately, a 91mobiles comparison page displayed Amazon-referenced prices of ₹41,999 for the Redmi Turbo 5 and ₹35,999 for Phone (4a). Those are third-party listing prices, not official MSRP or a guarantee of current stock.
