There is no verified, current reroll sequence that applies to every Solo Leveling:ARISE account. Older guides describe conflicting methods, while Netmarble’s current public support material explains account withdrawal and linking risks without providing a universal reroll walkthrough. If you are considering a reset, confirm the exact option in the current game client or with Netmarble support before taking any irreversible action.
What rerolling means—and what is actually confirmed
Rerolling means starting over repeatedly in hopes of getting a preferred opening draw or roster. In Solo Leveling:ARISE, the available official information does not establish a current, universal way to reset an account for that purpose, nor does it promise any particular result from restarting.
Two older third-party guides describe different approaches: PCGamesN says to create multiple accounts and describes a deletion process, while ONE Esports says to delete an account in settings and begin again as a guest. Neither guide verifies that its steps still match the current game client. Treat them as historical descriptions, not instructions to follow today: PCGamesN’s reroll guide and ONE Esports’ reroll guide.
Netmarble’s Solo Leveling:ARISE support FAQ covers linked-account consequences, but does not provide a current step-by-step reroll procedure. Its Special Summons guide describes an in-game draw feature and Summons Record Reward; it does not explain rerolling or guarantee an outcome from starting over.

Before you reset, understand the account actions
Uninstalling the app, canceling a Netmarble membership, withdrawing game data, and deleting a linked platform account are different actions. The sources reviewed do not establish that uninstalling the client resets game progress. Do not treat deleting the app as an account reset.
Canceling a Netmarble membership
Netmarble’s privacy portal states: “When you cancel your membership, all information created in your account will be deleted, and the canceled account cannot be restored to its previous state.” That is a warning about membership cancellation, not confirmation of a safe reroll method.

Withdrawing or deleting a linked platform account
Netmarble’s support FAQ warns that withdrawing or deleting a linked platform account can prevent access to the game server, character, and other information associated with that account. It also says an existing platform link cannot be changed to another account of the same platform. Confirm which account and data an action affects before proceeding.
Using a guest account
The official Solo Leveling:ARISE shop warns that purchase data may be lost on a guest account and advises linking the game account before making a purchase. Do not assume a guest reroll can later be linked or recovered in the way you expect; verify the current linking rules first.

Netmarble’s Korean operations policy says account creation is limited and that accounts exceeding the limit may be restricted. This is not a reroll procedure, and the policy’s provisions for certain inactive accounts should not be mistaken for a way to reset an active account.

There is no evidence-backed universal recommendation. Make the decision based on what you would lose and how much the new opening result matters to you.

- Little progress, no purchases: A restart may be personally worthwhile if you have barely invested in the account and strongly want a different opening result. The available sources do not establish how long attempts take or how likely a desired result is.
- Meaningful progress: Keeping the account preserves the progression and roster you have built. Membership cancellation can delete account information, so a restart has a real potential cost.
- Purchases or linked accounts: Do not withdraw or delete anything until you understand which account holds your game data and purchase history, and what access would be lost. The shop’s guest-account warning makes this especially important if you have bought anything.
- No specific desired outcome: If you do not have a particular opening result in mind, restarting offers no established advantage. The cited official draw information does not say that a reset improves your odds.
Netmarble’s privacy portal also describes a 30-day period during which a withdrawal may be canceled by accessing the game; after deletion, recovery is difficult. Do not interpret that period as a guaranteed recovery path for every type of account action.

How to proceed safely
- Identify the account you use. Check whether your game is linked to a platform account or being used as a guest. Note any purchase history before changing anything.
- Check the current client. Review the account or settings menu for the exact action available. The public sources cited here do not document one current reset sequence for all accounts.
- Confirm the consequences. If the option involves membership cancellation, data withdrawal, or deleting a linked platform account, read the applicable Netmarble notice and contact support if the effect on your game data is unclear.
- Decide whether the trade-off is acceptable. Proceed only if you are willing to lose the affected progress or data and are comfortable with the uncertainty around the new opening result. Do not rely on an old guide’s deletion timing or guest-account steps as current instructions.
